However, there is one ongoing issue that really affects the comfort of the visit: the washing bowls. They are extremely uncomfortable, and during shampooing my head ends up in a position that causes significant strain on the neck, head, and lower back. Unfortunately, this isn't just my experience--I've heard other clients mention the same discomfort, and I've noticed people regularly getting up afterward commenting that they're in pain. It feels like an issue that could be improved fairly easily, but it does impact what is otherwise a very good salon experience. I do miss the days of living in the city and having one person completely dedicated to color and another completely dedicated to style...that being said they don't have the space for that so not going to try to say something negative about that.
