I was astounded with that open and honest feedback because everytime I have taken my car to Toyota they kept trying to upsell me on repairs that would have cost triple what Five Star would charge. As someone who regularly maintained my vehicles I am acutely aware that after getting my car serviced there will always be a high probability that something else will fail especially with electrical parts. I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me.
