When I shared that I was interested in a new transmission and other work done, they gave me honest and transparent feedback (after doing a complete diagnosis) saying what I wanted done was not necessary; to save my money; and commented that there was a lot more life to my 4runner. I was astounded with that open and honest feedback because everytime I have taken my car to Toyota they kept trying to upsell me on repairs that would have cost triple what Five Star would charge. As someone who regularly maintained my vehicles I am acutely aware that after getting my car serviced there will always be a high probability that something else will fail especially with electrical parts. Needless to say, this business always provided me with transparent feedback on what needs to be immediately addressed; what can wait; and/ or what other options I have. This is why each and everytime time I am in Florida and my 07 4runner needs some TLC I will always bring it here. This summer was no different.
