The conversation was very pleasant and at the end I was given a time frame of a 2 hr window for expected time of arrival. When the 2 hr time frame was approaching they called me to let me know the truck maybe 10 mins later than anticipated. Courteous and professional!! Most companies providing services (towing/roadside assistance) of this nature often make you feel as if you need them more than they need you; however, true as it maybe as often the scenario is a stranded motorist needing a tow, but this company did not make me feel that way. Since everything had to come off anyway, I bought a package deal online from Detroit Axle that included new bearings, rotors, and brake pads for all four wheels. Angel was incredibly accommodating and explained he could easily install the parts I provided.I shopped around for mobile mechanics in the Valrico/Riverview area, and Fair Tech was by far the most affordable. Out of the first five mechanics I called, two never responded and three were significantly more expensive than Angel. Quick Heads-Up: Google still lists Fair Tech as a mobile mechanic, but Angel has since opened a small garage and works out of that physical location now.The turnaround time was fantastic. I dropped my car off around 10:00 AM yesterday. They already had a car on the lift but assured me mine was next.
