Tried the walk in special..half pepperoni half cheese. The food was hot and fresh but I was disappointed by the crust. Toppings are tasty, perhaps a little too much sauce, but the crust has too much cornmeal and seemed dry (reminded me of whole wheat crusts). A decent pizza place in this neighbourhood. It helps that this spot is a stone's throw from moi. I have passed by this spot numerous times yet never got to try them. My neighbors who eat halal meat turned me on to this spot. I was pleased to see all beef salami and hold your breath turkey bacon. I went for the meat luver version on this visit. By the time I got home it was still piping hot. The taste is decent but since the pizza is fresh it gets the job done if you want to fill up. I will probably opt for the create your own version on the next visit. IMO its miles better than the chain which is known to repeat their name. read more

Good Desi pizza, spiced well but a little salty. We ordered the schewan paneer and it was nice and spicy. The crust and the spices took us back to India. The best part was the cilantro chutney which was quite yummy. They could have given a little more of it instead of skimping on it. They also skimped on paneer pieces which were far and few in between to find. We got a garlic sauce which was ok. It's a little on the pricy side considering it's a small takeout. I think they're overcharging for the location. For comparison, they're as expensive as a sit down moderately fancy place like Za which is right opposite Eaton center. I wish they have better offers, then we will consider getting from here more often. Overall, good pizza, no major complaints. Beefier wings would have made a big difference. Small meat lover pizza - decent and hit the spot. Pizza was a bit doughy and bland but the toppings were EXCELLENT. Like whoa excellent. He was patient and answered all my questions and he was the one who told me to order through Uber Eats. - Food was neatly sealed, and tightly packaged with labels that had my name and stated what type of food was in the box. - When it arrived it was a little bit on the cooler side, but still warm enough to eat (minor issue). - Delicious and flavourful *halal* food, which is something I don't see often. - Perfect amount of spices and seasoning that complement each other. - Not greasy at all- considering I bought the meat lovers pizza. - At times I found the pizza to be a tad bit bland, but the meat made up for it. (I think this was due to it being on the cooler side- again, minor issue). -Quantity and size of food is good (will fill you up- I ordered for a friend and I), but I believe the prices are a little on the more expensive side- considering the Greek salad (with grilled chicken-extra cost) was the second most expensive item after the wings, and not the meat lover pizza (small- with 5 different types of meat). The first time I had Mr. Pizza I was not a fan. I went out on a limb to have it again as there are not many late night options in the area. I must say my first experience was nothing compared to my second. The pizza was much better. I like the greek pizza the most. They definitely have some nice vegetarian options and I am not vegetarian btw but I would order veg just because its so good. The worst and the most traumatic customer service experience I've ever experienced in my life. I am giving a 1 star, but this place deserves -100 stars. My friend and I ordered a large gourmet tandoori chicken pizza, and changed the banana peppers with the roasted red peppers. They got our order wrong, and gave us regular chicken, and our pizza did not even have red peppers on it (it didn't even have banana peppers! so I don't even how how they messed up this bad). Not only that, but when we confronted them about it asked about the chicken, the cook/manager lied to our face and told us that it was indeed tandoori chicken. We have ordered from this place before many times and I can assure you that it was not tandoori chicken. It was just regular chicken. Then the cook/manager explained that they ran out the "ingredients" for the spices for tandoori chicken, and that he made his "own spice" to make it a tandoori chicken. This is completely unacceptable and even if that is the case, YOU LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW BEFOREHAND THAT YOU'RE NOT GIVING US WHAT WE 'RE ASKING FOR. And it does not end there, the manager/cook got so heated by the situation, that he decided to threaten us. YES, threaten us. This person grabs a wooden block and walks all the way across the counter, LOCKS THE DOOR SO WE CANT GET OUT, and gets in my face and threatens me that he will hit me with the block. This behavior is UNACCEPTABLE AND ILLEGAL. I applaud the cashier (the other worker, and a very nice gentlemen that was working there) that got in the way and stopped this mad man from beating me with a block of wood. We contacted the owner and asked to fire this mad man who seems to be the manager and a cook of this pizza restaurant. The owner said he will figure things out but we WILL come back again, and we want to see this person not working there, because quite frankly their pizza quality is amazing, but they're customer service deserves -100 stars. We wanted to get the police involved but the nice gentleman(the cashier) was on the verge of having a panic attack and we did not want to make things worst for him. He is a very nice guy and he handled the situation very well. This person deserves a raise. As for the other guy, he deserves to get fired immediately. I will never set foot in this place as a customer ever again, and I encourage others to do the same unless this lunatic gets fired. read more

Location is very convenienent for me, and the extended hours on weekends is something I look forward to. I was not a huge fan of their pizza crust as it was a bit too think in my opinion. The sauce was decent although it could have used more. They were generous with their toppings which helped to balance out the issues I had with the crust and sauce. Their specials aren't as good as other pizza locations (chains) so the price per pizza is a little higher. I would go again for the conveince and topping portions. read more

Mr. Pizza is one of the better pizza joints that I have ordered from. I used to live in the same building, but moved before they arrived. But it's okay, they have delivery! I find that this pizza actually tastes like pizza. It may be a little on the expensive side, but honestly, the mozzarella they put on their pizzas, ACTUALLY TASTES LIKE FRESH MOZZARELLA! It's a miracle! You even get to choose the type of sauce you want on your pizza, AND the type of cheese, at no extra charge! The BBQ'd chicken they have is not overcooked and tastes soo good on the pizza! When I have friends and family over, we always order from Mr. Pizza. Then when I arrived the counter to pick up, the casher charged me 50% more than the price they offered me on the phone. The pizza is terrible and the owner was extremely rude to his customers. When the owner called me up to get my pizza, I politely asked if I can add garlic sauce to my order. He then paused and pointed at me telling everyone in the line they would have to wait to order because I did not know what I wanted to order. I didn't say anything in response but later once I finished my pizza I came back in from the patio to ask for some napkins. He told me get them myself so I reached over the counter and picked up the empty box telling him there is nothing in there. Frustrated he then put one napkin on the counter. The pizza was extremely salty but after advising the cashier about it, he said it may have been the vinegar in the green olives. We got the classic veggie pizza with pesto sauce.
