Most were good , some not in regard to price and effectiveness of repairs. About 10 years ago I saw David's truck out front of a neighbor's home. I gave him a call to set up an appointment. He came over and told me exactly what the problem was, the price and when he was available. His price was competitive and lower than others I had used in the past. Over the years he has provided professional, quality and technical service. Once I had a variety of problems he walked me through which I should fix first then perhaps wait on the others. In the end he fixed it completely. He's a patient listener, kind and extremely knowledgeable due to his long years of experience. He schooled me as to which chemicals to buy to maintain my spa. I most recently saw that my spa was leaking. I called him and he came right over the next day. Of course the spa was suddenly completely dry and showed no leaks. He had me fill the tub to its proper level of water. Suddenly it started leaking. He located the problem and fixed it I very highly recommend David for any of your spa needs.

They would come out and measure but that's as far as they got. Multiple contractors but no bids. We found out that the soil is expansive clay and full of boulders and a retaining wall was required. They had to use a jackhammer for the excavation due to rocks. Due to the soil, Morgan offered a Latham fiberglass pool instead of a gunite pool. Morgan did what the other pool contractors wouldn't touch and he gave us a beautiful pool with a retaining wall and concrete decking.

Morgan provides several level of services, is very resonable, and you can pay online for your monthly services. Last year during those torrential rains, my pool was about to over-flow. We had a new spigot installed to release the water from the pool when that happens, but the hose I purchased to attach to the spigot seemed to be too small. I called Morgan in a panic, and he said he would see who was in the area. Within 10 minutes Chris (one of Morgan's employees) arrived. Even though he also could not get the hose attached, he used the heat from my hair dryer to soften the plastic and ran out in the pouring rain to attach the hose successfully. I have a twenty year old LA Spas hot tub…read morethat was leaking badly, the LED lights that cover most of the top of the spa and change color were not working (which ruins the ambiance), and the control panel overlay was cracked and crumbling. For a surprisingly reasonable price, Jeff fixed the leak and got the lights working again. He also found a replacement overlay for the control panel and texted me a link to buy it directly from the manufacturer, since it was easy to install. Jeff is honest, experienced and easy to work with and I highly recommend him and his company.

My new pool was completed about a week ago (different pool builder). The startup guy my pool…read morebuilder hired to start the equipment and balance the water messed up bad and added way too much cyanuric acid (more than 100ppm). PebbleTec says to have no more than 30ppm during the first 4 weeks. There are two ways to fix high cyanuric acid problems, 1) drain and refill, 2) filter it out using reverse osmosis. PebbleTec strongly discouraged the drain/refill option as it could damage the new PebbleSheen finish. That's where Pacific Pools came into the picture. I called on a Thursday and spoke with Travis. He said he could be there Monday morning and fix my problem. He showed up on time, was professional, knowledgeable, informative and friendly. The RO process took about 10 hours. At the end of it all the water was back within PebbleaTec's recommended startup range.
