Delicious best street tacos that are known to man it's so good flavorful and you can tell they are freshly made taco shells

Came out to a local brewery today, but what drew me here was the food truck. I get to enjoy the beautiful weather outside sitting on picnic benches. The food is always fresh and delicious. We had the pork quesadilla and the BBQ nachos with brisket. The nachos were great. Really flavorful with plenty of meat and cheese. The quesadilla was huge and well worth the money. The service is always great. They are friendly and help you with making choices if you are unsure of what to get. My recommendation: get the brisket on anything. And get the churros and cheesecake flautas. read more

Mr.Puebla tacos catered at my work the other day and gotta say, these tacos were excellent! You have your choice of meat (brisket, chicken, steak) and then you have the choice of the toppings. DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT miss out on the honey jalapeño. Good lord, it was perfectly balanced. I regret not getting all my tacos with the honey jalapeño. My husband brought home some dinner for our family from the food truck Mr. Pueblo Tacos at Fortnight. He got some chicken tacos with no onions for me and the ACP for the little one. I think he ate the chips before he got home so I didn't get to try them. Everything was really tasty. The chicken had a nice flavor and seemed to be grilled perfectly with fresh cilantro. This is my favorite Raleigh food truck! Everything I've had is delicious. I'm particularly fond of the steak tacos and have been since the first time I had them three months after they started up, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I mostly recently tried the quesabirria tacos and was so glad I did! They were massive, cheesy, beefy, and the dipping broth was great. Today was my lucky day! The PTA at my school hired Mr. Puebla Tacos for lunch, and it was delicious. We had our choice of tacos or a quesadilla, and I chose a quesadilla loaded with chicken. It was so big, I saved half for lunch tomorrow. The chicken was nicely grilled, the tortilla was crisp, and the side of guacamole and chips was fresh. The service was very friendly, and we had our orders within five minutes, which is almost unheard of. We tried their quesadillas and chips with guacamole and salsa when they were parked at Koka Booth. Quesadillas were average and I was not a fan of the guacamole (no flavor), however, the chips and salsa were great! I personally was craving chips and salsa so these really hit the spot. Our order was accurate and made in a reasonable amount of time. It is pricy, but typical for a food truck. It definitely was great having them at Koka Booth to provide additional food options and reduce wait times for food. I would like to visit this food truck again to try some of their other options! read more

Delicious. Fresh. And filling. Had the pleasure of trying Mr. Pueblas at Mason Jar Lager company and it did not disappoint. We started with an appetizer to try it, chips and queso. First off the food was bomb and whatever the other people have said they are expecting too much. Had tacos 2 chicken and 1 veggie all amazing with the sauces on the side for solid dipping. The chicken burrito was so filling, fresh, and the chicken was crazy good. Both meals came with chips and the people running the truck were beyond nice. I've had tacos from a few food trucks that were pretty good. But, Mr. Puebla is the real deal!!! Tons of flavor! Well prepared. I got the street tacos, which were very authentic. My wife got the brisket quesadilla. We shared the brisket poppers which were fresh and not too spicy. I expected they might be fried, but was pleasantly surprised how they were cooked. Just fresh peppers, deseeded, halved, and filled with brisket and cheese. Everything was just delicious!!! Great job, Mr. Puebla!!! read more

The truck comes to my office ever and I've missed them each time. So I was glad when I was at the office today to give them a try. I was greeted with a warm smile and my order of the tacos - one chicken and two beef - was taken right away. They were fantastic! Or as my son would say "bangin'!" The salsa verde was awesome - wish I had taken more, but that would be rude! They were even plated nicely for a take out meal! Next time I will definitely try the poppers. Just had the best poppers I've ever had from this truck! Totally different from what I expected. Open large, grilled jalopenos with queso poured on them, a few bacon bits, and a little pick de Gallo. Sometimes needed fork and knife to eat them. Not fried at all, super good, fully gourmet poppers. read more

Had the chicken tacos tonight. Couldn't exactly identify if it was chicken. Whatever meat it was, it was terribly over cooked and extremely dry leaving flavorless. Fillings were so skimpy all the ingredients from the three tacos fit into one taco shell. Extremely disappointing for $9. read more

Tried this truck last night at TapLine Growler. I was skeptical at first,just another random taco truck. I am glad I decided to eat here. Had the Taco Salad with chicken.
