    3 Birria Tacos

My FAVORITE place for birria in the Triangle. most flavorful birria sauce. The meat is always cooked well. The birria ramen is outstanding. The rice is always seasoned well. They have a different fresh juice every day. You can sit indoors or outdoors, which is nice.

Holy moly was this good! We had originally planned on going to another Mexican restaurant but they were closed. So I run to Yelp, see this one and we thought "why not!" I had the jalapeno margarita (yum!) and my friend had a mango one (she said it was REALLY good). She got a fajita quesadilla with plenty of veggies and meat. I got the al pastor street tacos and oh my! I moved to the south a little over a year ago and Mexican food here is not like SoCal. But this al pastor? It tasted like the kind my brother would make on his grill! Tender, a little spice, plenty of meat in each taco...so dang good! I'm only visiting here in Raleigh but I know that I'll be thinking about this place for a while! You really need to visit!

all of the food tasted great, as were the manners and service of everyone working there. they actually enjoyed their job. while there is a bit of a language barrier for english speakers, it gets through to them quickly. and the actual feel of the restaurant itself was amazing, with a nice mural on the right wall. 10/10 restaurant, would definitely go again and recommend wholeheartedly!

Eh, it was fine but none of our main dishes we'd ordered were very good. Ordered: cantina salad, enchiladas suizas, kids quesadilla Kids quesadilla: too spicy Enchiladas suizas: chicken was bland, cheese without much else Cantina salad: verrry watery Between this experience and the last one (where I found a screw in my dish), probably going to strike street tacos cantina off the list.

Hands-down, the best birria I've had since I've moved to North Carolina. Everything was fresh and delicious, full of flavor and fills you up! The place was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I live two hours away and it's totally totally worth the drive and I'll be doing it again very soon! Edit: drove back 2 days later just to have lunch here again!

I really wanted to like this place because the ambience is cool. Ordered take out before but never been inside thought I would give it a go . They play Spanish music. It's all fun and colorful with lots of art and an outside patio in the front. However, I've tried plenty of tacos in my life and these did not hit the spot. The meat was great. It was just missing a glob of good guacamole and sour cream. It was missing flavor. The nachos supreme were $14 and they were trash cold cheese and not enough of anything my kids left it .chimichanga was huge worth the money according to my husband . The service was a bit slow waited 10 min for our drink because they had to make a new batch of horchata The cashier was nice and the system asks you for a tip in advance . The restroom is for 1 person and it had pee all over the seat . To close at $5 a taco I expected more and the nachos could have gone to Taco Bell for more .

I loved their chicken tacos, until I had their pork carnitas tacos, today. Now I am going to be torn what to order next time! These are such flavorful tacos, expertly crafted in a bright and festive atmosphere. We are so lucky to have this little gem in North Raleigh!

These are the best street tacos I have had in NC. Very authentic and reminds me of the street tacos I had in Ensenada MX. definitely recommend and will eat here again! They have a Taco Tuesday special every Tuesday

My wife and I decided to try out a new Mexican restaurant, drawn by our longing for the Southern California-style Mexican food we enjoyed back in California. Upon arriving at Street Tacos Cantina, we were immediately struck by its vibrant interior design. The place buzzed with energy, amplified by the lively Mexican party music playing in the background. This energetic atmosphere, however, might be a bit overwhelming for those seeking a quieter dining experience. As soon as we entered, the staff attended to us promptly, handing us menus as we settled into a booth to make our choices. We opted for the carne asada chorizo burrito and the al pastor burrito, each accompanied by a small serving of tortilla chips and salsa. When it was time to order, we approached the register and paid around twenty to twenty-three dollars for our meal. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to our expectations. We both agreed that the quality was, at best, okay. Both burritos tasted similar, and we found ourselves heavily reliant on the meager amount of salsa provided - roughly an eighth of a cup - to add flavor to our meal. This experience left us disappointed, and we doubt we will return, to avoid further letdowns. For future patrons of this establishment, I would advise going all out with your order. Choose the burrito with chipotle mayo and guacamole, and consider spending the extra seven dollars for additional chips and salsa. It might be the only way to truly enjoy your meal here. It's not that their burritos are bad; they just weren't to our liking.

Order area and cute art wall!

Small place, great food. Two of us had taco salads, the other had a burrito. We all had margaritas. We all agreed we would eat here again.

They would then make a point to come visit one of the locations (Springfield, Landmark, Vienna) anytime they were visiting. It was simply meant to be that they happened to relocate to Raleigh where a Taco Bamba location exists, so that now WE get to visit THEIR Bamba. Their Raleigh location specific tacos are truly amazing. The Queen Bee and Sweet Baby Jesus are delicious. It's also nice that this location has a really nice outdoor seating area. There's ample seating both indoor and outdoor, and despite it usually being busy we always manage to find a table.

I also order the white peach margarita - which was delicious! They also have a sauce bar with medium and hot salsas! They also have a patio for outside dining with corn hole games as well! When we went on a Friday at lunch it wasn't initially too crowded but quickly got busy at 12/12:30. You order at the counter. I grabbed chips and salsa, the El Diablo taco and Steak Al Cabron taco, and a soft drink. In total, I think was around $20. As I mentioned, the place got busy quick so it took a little bit to get our food out to us but no worries because we had our chips and drinks to enjoy. I found the tacos to be amazing and hefty. I am torn about paying $6 for a single taco. That being said, I would pay for these $6 tacos again. Definitely a fun little spot to grab lunch with friends. I would encourage you though to give yourself 1.5 - 2 hours in case you come during a busier time like we did.

I went for a half chicken with the rice, beans, and a side of corn. This also comes with your choice of flour or corn tortillas. I also got 3 tacos- chicken, steak, and shrimp. I had everything with flour tortillas. The total for all- which could've fed 2-3 people, was around $45. The quality of the food was AMAZING. The steak and chicken tacos were sooo juicy and good that I've been wanting to go back just to get it again. If you try any taco, get the steak. There is also a salsa bar, and the first greenish/white sauce (cilantro crema?) was so good on everything so don't forget to grab a cup or 2. I later had the chicken with rice, beans, and corn and was extremely satisfied. I probably won't eat at another chicken spot other than this now. In addition to great food and good service- the restaurant is so pretty and modern inside. It was surprisingly empty and had so much seating inside and outside.
