The technician was kind and efficient but GOOD GOD, do not hire these people unless you want to just light your wallet on fire. The work can look good initially, but in my experience, the quality didn't hold up over time--especially with the finish work and subcontractors. A few examples: 1. Tile work had issues. Fixtures were not properly pre-fitted before drilling, which caused alignment problems (sink hitting the ledge). 2.Tile installation was not fully level/flush, 3.Trim and baseboards were not finished correctly--joints are now cracking, and surfaces didn't appear to be properly primed. 4. My new flooring was scratched when heavy items were moved, despite asking them to wait for help. This was never repaired. 5. Does not double check work, he will come back to fixbut this ahould not be the homeowner responsibility. Based on my experience, I would be cautious relying on them for detailed finish work or subcontractor management. For more basic scope (demo, flooring install, paint prep, windows), they may still be a reasonable option.
