After kitchen construction was coming to a close we returned in July and worked with Stacey who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She was so helpful with everything from measurement to tile color and thickness to construction questions. My tile arrived in less than a week and I'm very happy with it. The location is a bit out of the way outside of Ballston Spa but the drive is worth it! You won't find such excellent customer care in other tile shops.
