I was given several quotes/options. NOT ONCE was I told this project couldn't be done or that they couldn't fit me in the schedule. Now today - in early APRIL one month out from templating I get a call from the owner saying they CANNOT DO THE JOB because it's "too complicated" and they don't have the people and their schedule is "FULL" even though I've been in constant contact with them for MONTHS. Then the guy had the absolute gall to BLAME ME for thinking he'd hold a spot for me even though I have the emails to prove I'd been in constant contact for months. Building a new home is not for the faint of heart. But to leave a homeowner in the lurch like this at the VERY LAST MINUTE is unconscionable and absolutely SHAMEFUL. Buyer beware.

We had to use them because we are building a house with a local builder (not a good experience…read morethere either). The consultation was fine and everything seemed to go well. We had picked out our appliances prior to our visit, something that should be noted. When the time came to install the custom cabinets, the island color/wood type was completely wrong. The width of the refrigerator opening was pretty much the exact size of the width of the refrigerator. They never asked the dimensions, they just said it'll be fine and they'll take care of it at the consultation. And lastly, we had purchased a drawer type microwave, which they had the dimensions for from the appliance people. After installation, we noticed two 2X4 blocks underneath the microwave. Custom cabinets? Custom install? More like a cob job to make it fit correctly. We are very displeased with this business and would not suggest them to anyone. The other thing that left us annoyed was the fact that when we asked how much the upgrades would cost, just an approximation, the owner underestimated by about $4000-5000. For someone who has been doing this for as long as she has, one would think she would have better estimation skills. Please be careful if you are doing business with them, not a good experience.
