Get the scope of work in writing Get him to specify his typical working hours and days Careful he is not juggling multiple projects at a time Bad idea to pay him a 50% deposit for a labor only project When he is complete with the project, make sure to look for clumps of sand left on the pavers, sand in drains, sand in door tracks Only pay him after you have carefully inspected his work and are satisfied that he has fulfilled the scope of work If you are having him seal your pavers and do not want a sheen but rather a natural look, do not use the glaze and seal multi purpose, do your research Due diligence is your best hope of a successful outcome Best of luck, hope this helps read more

I work for a large solar development company, and Phillip was hired to clean MULTIPLE school site location parking lots. He showed professionalism, and prioritization to getting the work completed in (often) a short notice time frame. We contacted Philip to help us out with our backyard fence. We are planning on selling our home soon, and had hoped to power wash and stain the fence ourselves in order to get our backyard looking great. But, we realized we just weren't going to have enough time. My husband contacted Philip, and he was able to come out to give us an estimate the same day! His rates were totally reasonable, and he was able to start the job the following week. He pressure washed one day, and oh my goodness! The fence seriously looked brand new! It looked so good, I almost didn't want to stain it. He came back a few days later to do the stain, and it looks great! We hired Phillip to pressure wash the exterior of our home and wash the windows. The house was dusty, covered in cobwebs and old pet hair from the previous owners. He was professional and worked very hard. He asked about our plans to paint the deck before cleaning it to adjust the water pressure accordingly. He went back to a few spots and scrubbed at them to get it clean as best as he could. He even fixed a window screen that was undone without being asked! I noticed it a few days later.
