Customer support said they would confirm with the estimator, but they didn't call us back and stopped answering our calls. What made this even more frustrating was that it seemed intentional, because they initially had my husband's phone number, and after he called many times with no answer, I tried calling from my own number and they immediately picked up. Once they had my number on file, they stopped answering my calls too. Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional experience. Poor communication, dishonest excuses, and terrible customer service.
