When he learned that our Velux skylight was less than 4 years old, he informed me that it was still under warranty, and that's pretty much the last thing I had to do. The rubber seal on my skylight became unseated from its channel. Ladd hadn't installed my skylight. My next-door neighbor who's a handyman, recommended Mr. Skylight to repair it.
