The workmanship appears to be excellent, and it's backed by the best warranty that GAF (the roofing manufacturer offers). I went with Cooper Roofing even though their bid was 20% higher than others because I wanted to make sure that the work was well done. It's definitely been worth it. I also want to thank Kyle, the owner of the business (and Ken's son who took it over), who provided invaluable help in getting the solar company to pay for the new roof and coordinated with them to ensure the new installation went well. Cooper Roofing isn't the cheapest out there, but the quality is excellent and I don't mind paying a modest premium for high quality work.

He came over promptly, inspected the skylight from indoors and out and confirmed that we, indeed, had a failed skylight. When he learned that our Velux skylight was less than 4 years old, he informed me that it was still under warranty, and that's pretty much the last thing I had to do. He measured and ordered me the new skylight, got it for us at no charge from Velux and installed it, all at a very reasonable price. Ladd is prompt, works quickly, does good work, and goes out of his way to keep the costs down.
