I'm sure it's my personal taste, but a standard assorted with tomatoes, onions, lettuce and sub sauce is what I consider to be a traditional sub. My wife agreed. As I said, we went a couple times. Both times it was the same guy which I later realized was the owner/husband. The time after that, it was the wife. I only learned this because she was wandering around frustrated, trying to properly microwave bacon. She said "I'm going to call my husband" and she did. The bacon sucked and the buns were probably day-old's. I went back last week. Young guy working. Very polite. Asked for 2x 12" Super Assorted (double meat) and extra cheese with tom, onion, sub sauce, on white. Got home. There was no cheese on either sub. The buns were probably day-olds. Disappointed again. I used to drive to this place on the other end of the city because they really had made solid, old school subs with fresh buns for a great price. I'm not going any more. Sorry owner-guy. (I was rethinking my last will last night, that's how sick your food made me). What would you like to tell me? - NOTHING REALLY, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE THAT ANY OF THESE ITEMS WERE SPOILED. That's it! I believe there are 3 tables and chairs but for some reason 5 is popping into my head. What I'm saying is plenty of room for a lunch spot for small groups. While there, I had the need to use the washroom. I was surprised a bit to find a well maintained room. As a single father, a change table would be a great addition though. Just a thought. Back to my table to finish. After a bit longer, we both walked away completely full and ready for our outing and some quality dad/son time.
