My friend asked me if I knew a good mechanic, the skid plate under her Ford Explorer came loose and needed 3 screws. My recommendation? Call Mr. Tire in Vineland, they are the best. (I used this location when I lived in Vineland, see my review from 4 years ago). She called, took it over there the same day, and they put the missing screws in the skid plate. My friend said the gentlemen there were super nice and helpful. I told her I know, that's why I referred you to them. My friend will go back to Mr. Tire for services on her Ford. I go to the Mr. Tire in Woodbury, they are equally super nice and helpful. Excellent value and courteous. They take the time to explain everything to you and have the art of communication, where you do not feel like you're being spoken down to. Really appreciate both locations. I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday for the first Saturday after my tires were delivered. I went in and my car was brought in quickly and that is the last positive thing that happened on this visit. First: They lifted my car without the proper lifts on the car lift smashing the skirts on both sides. Second they claim that 1 Lug nut was miss threaded and that it broke off when they tried to remove it. This has never happened to my car, ever. I have 3 businesses that I use to service my car and I explicitly trust the other 2 service shops. Third: I asked why the "tech" was removing the valve stem on the one tire and he stated that he had damaged it. See where this is going. They charged me for the Lug nut and the valve stem. All of this added up to an up charge of about $90.00. I have never dealt with this kind of poor worksmanship and dishonesty. NEVER AGAIN read more

This people are lazy and inexperienced I brought my car for a simple oil change and after some time they said the valve cover gasket needed replacement I agreed and got charged 570 over something simple and than when I go check the car it was oil all over the engine and when I asked if they could fixed it they wanted to charge me more for something their inexperienced mechanics did and idk where they hire guys who don't know about cars but don't come here at all!!!!!! Bought 4 new tires for my wifes car. I recently had all four wheels powder coated black to her liking. took vehicle to get new tires installed. paid and walked out. all four wheels and tires and had dried up soap from mounting tires, not wiped off or cleaned. a good shop would have cleaned and also shined the new wheels to make it pop and look great for customer after spending $1,000 in new tires but this isn't a good shop. I also noticed on all 4 wheels a 1/4" wide perfect circle deep scratch all the way on all 4 wheels in the same spot about 1" from the edge of the wheel "rim" ... i spoke to the person in charge who said they would take care of it. they wiped it with alcohol which did nothing. they scrapped the wheels badly. i then called corporate 4 times and left messages never got a call back and no one cares to fix the problem they caused. took wheels back to powder coater and paid another 750 to get them to re powder coat the 4 wheels at a discount because they felt bad for my situation and recommended to never go back there again. which we will not. I brought my vehicle in for the oil change and tire rotation on August 30th. I reminded the technician that I definitely needed the tires rotated. It took one hour, which was fine, and then when I paid for the service I asked them again if the rotation was done. Their response was "yes". I checked just to make sure and they were NOT rotated. I knew this because I marked one of them ahead of time. I went back in and confronted them about this issue and their response was that they would take care of it. I sat there another 25 minutes and my vehicle never budged so I just gave up and drove it home without the rotation. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location....that is why I marked my wheel this time. Then, when I got home, to add insult to injury.....I found out that my oil level was a half quart low so I had to go out and buy another quart of oil and top it off myself. I went to pick up a tire that was put on a rim. So after 40$ & never getting a call to let me know it was ready I went over. Walked into the main store which was completely empty of any staff, then Wendy came from the back. She asked if she could help me, I gave her my information& she knew what I was talking about. Then she handed me my receipt& a broken part off my car. She stated "that's broken - that means it doesn't work... uh I talked to such& such". Okay well it's MY car & MY tire so any information should have been given directly to me. I felt as though I was shown no respect while in the store. I then went around to pick up my tire which was still in a bay even though it was finished. I pulled my car around got out& put my tire in my trunk. When I said I would put it in Wendy rolled her eyes at me& said fine. Later that night I spoke with my fiancé, I told him I hadn't really liked the woman there& didnt want to take my car there EVER again. At which he replied "I know I got a call". Which I thought was interesting given I never received a call telling me that work had been complete. So I asked what she said & it was I was "rude, confused& thought they had broken the piece off my car". If Wendy hadn't made assumption after assumption maybe she would have known that it was her customer service that I thought was lacking. So given the prices& the service there is not a way that I would go back there. Even if my wheel feel off right in front of that store. I would WALK miles to any other business. read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. I made an appointment and dropped my truck off. Placed the registration on the dash and dropped my key in the box. I called an hour after my scheduled appointment and was told by Glenn, they haven't even touched it, they need information first. The information on my registration. That was in the truck. When I suggested I go elsewhere I was met with an arrogant "okay, you're going to come and get it than?", and even more arrogantly, Glenn and another employee standing there talking said "thanks!" Just started taking my cars here for oil changes and the service has been great. I make my appointments online when its convinent for me. Drop my car off for an appointment at 12:30 and done by 1. Thats great service and for a reasonable price (standard oil $20 and full-synthetic $50). I will continue to go here, as the service is great and the prices are fair. read more

So I had my wheels balanced, they charged $90 for 2 wheels to put on $1 weights, rip off. The mechanic is clueless and put the weights outside of my custom black rims to be shown, wow, what an dummie and they used grey weights on black wheels. Then the lady representative said "where would you like him to put them?" how about inside of the wheel, they don't know what there are doing and they sell rims, never going back there again, lucky the guy manager took the weights off and put them on the inside but when I got home most of them fell off. So I paid $90 for nothing. Also, my alignment could not be done, the lady said something is bent, I said what is, they did not know, but they work with front suspension and don't know what is bent. Go to affordable tire on Delsea drive, they charged me $53 for all 4 wheels to be balanced and used black weights and they ride smooth now. But will never go back to mr tire on Delsea and chestnut in Vineland, rip off and poor service read more

I have a 2017 Buick Verano, I bought it in 2019 I only had it for 3 years I keep up on my oil changes and everything and my tune up's so nothing should even be wrong with the car it's still young I recently received an oil change from Mr. Tire and they reset my oil to 100% life on my car paid $70! I'm driving my car and my engine light comes on which shouldn't be happening, I take it to my dealership and they said two of my valves were broken and enough oil was not getting to my engine! Also, they told me whoever did an oil change only put 2 quarts of oil in the car when you're supposed to put 4 EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT IF I HAD MY OWN TOOLS I WOULD WORK ON MY OWN CAR!!!!! DO NOT GO TO MR. TIRE IN VINELAND, NJ!!!! Whoever is working there is a piece of shit and so are they people who own the place because how dare you mess up my car and put me at risk like that so you can make money that's fucking foul!!!! My care stopped running in the middle of the road I could've gotten hit by another car that shit isn't funny! my wife took her new car to have her oil change so what was suppose to be a 14.95 oil change ended up costing me 600 dollars they put a nice dent in the fender and denied doing it. Last year the ripped the oil filter cover off my Lincoln because they couldn't get the bolt out and just jammed it back up into place. it fell out on to my driveway when i got home they never told me they did this, but they couldn't deny it because i had the cover lucky me it fell off where it did. Go some where else!! I figured that BJ's would do a good and fast job, but not what I expected. I go in to get 4 new tires guy says next counter is tire sales so I go over and wait almost 30 minutes before some one shows up. I explain what needs to be done and the guy says ok we will call u once the job is done which should take 2.5 hrs to get it done well 5 hrs go by no call from BJ's so I call to see if my car is done guy tells me that it's gonna take another hr or 2 so I wait but still no call from them so I call back and finally at the end of the day the 4 tires are on.
