I had taken my car in to the dealer and for each item checked they charge $206. for each diagnostic, but if you decide to have it repaired; the diagnostic fee is not applied to the repair charge. I am one pleased customer. Erick will definitely have me, my family, and friends as customers.

Thought perhaps it needed a condenser and evaporator, but was blowing cold...just not really blowing at all. Figured out all that was needed was the fan & motor (all one piece). Eric ordered that from the local dealership, sent back the other parts (Which for once, I didn't have to pay for!) and just installed it today within 5-10 minutes and it all cost less than $400, labor and parts, three visits and everything all buttoned up. Amazing! He was even willing to come to ME to install it. Couldn't ask for a kinder, more honest mechanic anywhere. You people that are going elsewhere are NUTS! He even came in last Sunday to work on it simply because it was my only day off! NOBODY does that! I'll be going back for everything from now on. After reviewing the situation, I believe the report contained false information related to Jeff Wilks and Katie Wilks. When I contacted the shop to ask about the situation and attempt to resolve the issue, Jeff Wilks was extremely rude on the phone and repeatedly hung up instead of addressing the concerns professionally. Because of the seriousness of what occurred, this matter is now being addressed legally, and the individuals involved will be named in a lawsuit. I strongly encourage others to document everything carefully when dealing with this location. Extremely disappointing experience.

Jacob drove on his day off to come to Ocala to fix it but was willing to tow it to his shop if needed (all free of charge!). He was very sincere with his apology. Furthermore, he's a very patient man. He inspected a concern with my suspension (when my a/c job was done) and gave an estimate that lead to him working past closing time. He's honest about what needs to be replaced and what is fine. He fixed my two rear control arms by the next day :) Additionally, his prices are much cheaper than the original estimate I received elsewhere. He allows you to bring your own parts or they will give you a fair price.

Went in with a starter issue…read moreluckily after driving the truck from Orlando back to Gainsville the DAY before, went home went to school got to apartment the next day bam starter went out. Didn't think much of it they "replaced" it in a couple of hours the day after. Go to pick the truck up and the thing won't even start. Im furious as why would you give me a truck with a starter issue that still doesn't start when you give it back. Older guy walks me to my truck "cranks" the truck by stepping on BRAKE AND GAS at the same time presses on button and bam white smoke projecting everywhere. That was never an issue owening my truck as I drive from Granville to Ft. Lauderdale, Melbourne, fort myers, all over Florida literally with no issue. They said it would take about a week to fix, said they would get it in the day after which was a Thursday, didn't start on it till the following Monday. "Oh we have to ship out your headers to make sure they aren't worn" doesn't do it until that following Thursday and then have to wait till Monday to hear again. Mind you this has been two weeks always telling me it'll take a couple more days and pushing the date back. Next thing was, it was supposed to be done the DAY before spring break where I live in Fort Lauderdale 4:30 hours away. Tell me to come in at three, then oh come in at 6. I'm on my way to pick up my truck and get a call, it won't be done till next Monday. Another cherry on top. So guess what had to bus home and waited another TWO weeks for my truck to be done only to get it in a condition that was worse. I have rock light in my wheels and guess what I found out they screwed that up too. I have pictures of before and after, before my lights worked, now none of them do. I have black wires dangling from the bottoms of my truck from them trying to rewire it all which means they screwed that up and lied to me about it. NEVER once told me about the rewire of the truck which obviously contributed to the delay of my trucks return. They were never honest and screwed everything up only for none of it to work. My starter to this day still goes in and out and sometimes doesn't start my truck. Please stay away from this place. Not to mention a year before that, owned a BMW that the front right axel came off. The repaired it quickly only for three days later it to basically come off again and they told me "oh yeah we found a screw that wasn't tightened all the way". This is by far the worst experience I've had at a place and trust me when I say IVE HAD PLENTY. Genuinely lucky I didnt report them to the BBA or anything like that. Please stay away.

I searched reviews and found All Star. I took my car in thinking I was going to have to spend at least 500$ on a single part. The throttle body. Steve was in contact through the whole process. I ended up having a loose wire and loose vacuum hose. My car was ready the next morning. I ended up paying for only an oil change. I will be going to All Star for all of my cars needs in the future. Word of advice. If your mechanic saves you a couple 100$ or 1,000$. Pls be sure to tip them. You can't go wrong with All Star Automotive.
