I bought it six years ago it's made about five trips to Daytona Florida bike week and I haul square bales of hay with it every year, " Never had one issue with it"!!! I have only replaced the tires and packed the bearings. I was in the market for an aluminum enclosed bike trailer, The manger Carol Fox and the new owner (Don's daughter Shannon) went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted and made me a great deal on that new enclosed trailer. No high pressure sales and they both made me fill at home every time I stop in. I just recently bought a new live stock trailer from them. I got the same great service as the first two times. I am not the easiest customer to satisfy, I am very picky about specific color and options, but they always come through for me. This last trailer they were about $300 more expensive than some of their competition, but I am willing to spend the extra $300 for better quality and service. One of the only few companies left out there where they still do business with a firm hand shake and personal guarantee.. They would not let me take my camper on the road until the hitch was replaced. Even let me part it there while we waited for the parts to arrive. They even helped me level my camper and properly adjust the hitch so I could tow safety. Can't say enough good things!

I was very disappointed that my boat trailer upgrades were not completed within the agreed time frame even though management assured me it would be. It took well over a month with no communication or follow through unless I initiated it. I even went there in person to move things along and confirm what I was being told because I felt like I was getting my chain jerked in addition to the poor quality to detail. I regret bringing my trailer to this poorly managed facility and LACK of attention to detail on behalf of the service dept. Now let's talk safety and longevity of this $2,000 + complete trailer upgrade Brake line which was ran through the rail and exit hole was metal to metal with no protected grommet. Improperly greased bearings. I used an entire tube of bearing grease on all four bearings to properly grease them. Open exposed trailer plug to weather elements Two of the 4 bearing dust covers blew off on the way home. The main support bracket for the leaf springs was completely missing a nut. All these things I had to fix or do properly myself. Slow down and pay attention to what the hell you're doing. You guys are gonna get someone injured or killed. Heads would ROLL if I was the owner of this place!

I was told by a family friend on how great Jim's trailer sales was so we decided to go scope things out. A very nice sales person named Walt greeted us and asked us exactly what our budget was and what my towing capacity/needs were. Every time I went to something that was out of my price range, too heavy, or didn't fit our needs... He steered me away. He kept me on track for what we wanted and needed and that's exactly what we walked out with! I cannot speak enough Good things about Jim, Walt, and the entire service team as well. We got a two hour walk-through of everything and anything we needed to know, and they also installed a few accessories that we ended up purchasing. We have successfully taken three trips with our new camper since July and we absolutely love it. It's safe to say we will be a returning customer in the future!
