GREAT HONEST SERVICE! The owner had given me a price to repair the transmission in my Lexus and the price was much better the other places. It was repaired promptly but here is the outstanding news the price was lower than he quoted. My car was making noises and lurching on the highway. I thought it was a transmission issue and Googled some repair shops. This shop had great reviews and said they would diagnose with no fee. I called in and talked to the owner, who said he couldn't repair it for a week or so but would look at it and advise on what needed to be done. He said he would let me know if it could wait until his next opening or if it required immediate attention. I took my car over there, and he took a look at it. He ran some tests and advised me that he didn't think it was a transmission issue. He told me what he thought it was and where I could take it. This level of customer service blew me away. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO LAST. I'm so lucky these bolts that are left in here didn't slip out with the other ones. Half of my boats are missing in my transmission that they rebuilt. It's been close to a year I've been back four times they've only test drove it once and said that there was no code so there was nothing supposedly wrong. It's made funny noises clunking sounds like my transmission hits the ground and comes back up and hits the engine. I am so glad my water pump went out and they had a replace it so I seen all the missing bolts. If my transmission would have fell out while I was driving down the highway and got hit by a semi truck ooh the lawsuit would have been amazing. I would have been dead but my kids wouldn't had to work. It was bad enough that they broke my windshield washer reservoir. Lost the hose to it from whatever they hit and ran over. Don't go here there's lack of communication nobody knows who's in charge and nobody wants to take control when thingsare wrong. I know I'm not going to get a phone call back from the company. I visited this shop thinking that I might have a transmission problem in our 2012 Ford Escape, 6 cyl, AWD. Chris, the owner, explained what they would be looking for, and thoroughly checked out the car. They did not find any problem with the transmission, but suggested it could be a problem in another area of the engine. He gave me a computer code to give to our regular mechanic to see if that might isolate the problem. He drove the car personally and was hands-on involved. Although I didn't need use his repair services, the inspection was no charge and done in one morning. Should I require transmission service in the future, I will surely contact Chris and his staff again. The business appears to be thriving and I can understand why. I had purchased a Chrysler 300 from a private person and thought I got a GREAT DEAL ... well.. Needless to say, after a couple days, my car was jarring as I was driving it and I decided to go to Mr. Transmission after speaking with the owner over the phone and after he looked it over, he called me with the BAD news of needing a rebuilt transmission in it BUT... he KNEW I spent my last dollar on this car for myself and he was the most nicest, most respectful person ever and really helped me out ... he knew what I had to spend on it and he applied a personal coupon on it so I can fix this for good.. he went out of his way to do EXTRA for me and gave me a warranty along with it.. his son, is an awesome guy himself !! I would give these guys 10 stars if I could! They had my van in and out in 4 days time with a fresh transmission. They went way above and beyond. They fixed a ground problem, a leaky exhaust, and a clamp for nothing extra. The owner is very involved in his business, and test drives and checks every car that comes into the shop.
