When I called them for the 4th time today he began to make excuses instead of own the mistake (which they made). Honestly, he attempted to blame me for the piece they lost until I cut him off and let him know this was their mistake. The REAL PROBLEM - They did not return my lug nut key to the vehicle after tire rotation. I called 3 times today and was told each time they would call me back (they never did). The 2nd and 3rd time I was told the key was placed in my cup holder. It was not. The 4th time I called they said they would call me back (I told them I did not believe they would call me back since they had not yet called me back the other 3 times. This was when Garrett started making excuses and said it was in the cup holder. I told him I would hold while he looked). This time the key was magically found. Later I received an estimate of $379 to replace the air intake hose. I agreed, but afterwards discovered the part costs about $30 and can be replaced by an experienced mechanic in about 30 minutes.
