He and his crew did sheetrock, bamboo floors, baseboards, painting/texturing, tile, bathtub replacement, appliance retrieval and installation, some fencing and a garage floor. They are prompt, professional and are not scattered out over several projects at once. His employees have been with him for 5-20 years, wear a company uniform, and are dedicated and respectful. Unlike other contractors, Saul is present at the job site performing some of the work. He presented me with no surprises with the billing. He was pleasant to work with, takes pride in a job well done, and has none of the arrogance I've encountered with other contractors. I gave one of my neighbors (an engineer) a tour and he was amazed how quickly and expertly the work was done. He exclaimed, "My contractor took 6 months and the craftsmanship does not compare with Mr. Cabrera's". Blair was given some tools as part of payment but he took tools without permission. When questioned he said he took them and he would bring them back as Ryan also said. That was the end of May, the text below shows Ryan on June 10th saying he would bring them. Here it is July 18th and nobody has returned the stolen tools. I've paid these guys over $40,000 this year and this is the kind of treatment I get?!?!

Kephart Handyman is actually two brothers, Barry & Bill Kephart, and they just finished up a job for me. I had a list of the usual handyman-type tasks that needed to be done - replacing an electrical outlet, replacing the puck lights above my kitchen sink, replacing the weatherstripping around a door and painting a room, plus one bigger job - replacing an exterior French door. They did all of that for a reasonable price and they did a very good job, too! All through the process, they communicated with me regularly. They showed up when they said they would and they cleaned up after themselves, too!
