I want to start off by saying, if you bought your carpet or other flooring from anyone other than Rick's I guess by now you wished you had. After having other big and small local flooring companies send teenager's over to quote my floors Rick was suggested to me by my neighbor Big B's Lock and Key. So I called him. Not only did he come by that same evening, Rick himself came by, he came prepared With samples and plenty of experience And that's what I did not receive from the other companies. This means al ot to me. He kept me fom overspending. I work hard for my money, so a penny saved is a penny earned. We recently had wooden floors installed in our living room, dining room, and master bedroom with Rick's Carpet & Fine Floors. My husband called Rick to set up a walkthrough to get a quote, and he literally came out the same day and provided a quote that same day as well. He was honest and upfront about the process and pricing, and he was very thorough during the process. I had granite counter tops put in. I got 2 estimates in one day. Rick was the 2nd. The first guy made me wait until the next day to get any information. Rick personally came out to the house, took measurements, listened to my concerns and gave me an estimate on the spot. He took care of all steps in the process. It was fast, efficient, and accurate the entire way through and the total cost was slightly under the estimate. The entire process was done in 3 days. We bought a house in June and used Rick to remove the existing carpet in four rooms and replace with hardwood. Rick's crew was super professional and courteous. They cut the carpet around the furniture that needed to be moved and slid it right out. I have never seen anything like it.
