The texture was like finely crushed ice. The fruits were all ripe and sweet, and the granola had a cinnamon apple taste. They layer the granola on the bottom of the cup, supposedly to prevent the acai from melting too quickly. Overall, these were solid acai bowls, and I'd return to SoBol to try their other bases.

It was a little bit messy, so I'm glad that they did that. The sandwich was bomb and definitely had a spicy kick that I was looking for. It was very savory even with the sweetness of the pineapple sauce. The reason for the two stars was that I found two long thin hairs in the wrap. One was luckily at the base of the wrap and easy to spot/remove and the other was in the beans & rice section and as I was pulling the wrap away from my bite... eek! I pulled it out and tossed it and continued to nosh. I was so hungry I didn't mind, but any other day it might have been totally offensive and off-putting. I recommend using hairnets to anyone who handles the food there, given that two of not my own hairs were trapped in the wrap and between the wrapping and the wrap. My food order came with a side option of Ms. Vickie's flavored potato chips (I got the sea salt and vinegar, which I saved as a snack for later), a banana, or an apple (they had granny smiths today 07/03/2024). There's a good amount of flavors for the froyo and a ton of different topping options from fruits to candy. The fruits were fresh but the mochi was a bit harder than I preferred. I used to get mochi all the time as a topping when I was younger but I don't remember it being this tough so not sure if it was a bad batch or it changed throughout the years. Regardless, it was a nice treat to enjoy, especially on a hot day. There are some seats outdoors and there's a parking lot so that's always a plus.

The ingredients are always fresh and made nicely even with customizations. The place itself id always clean and neat as well if you'd like to enjoy the bowl at the location. It specializes in protein-enriched drinks as well as some healthier options for snacks/meals. If you've never had a protein drink before I suggest withholding your thoughts on initial reaction. Sometimes the cafe has samples out so try a sample (I do not believe they can whip up a sample of a drink if you ask them to because they have set calculations and have to blend the ingredients and to make one sample would be difficult). However, if you know that protein does have a unique taste, go right ahead. I really like their peanut butter one, if I recall it was called the grasshopper or something just as strange. Superman is good too. They do use a few different protein powders so you can ask, just as asking for reg. milk, soy milk, etc in the drinks. I also had one of their salads, it was small but fresh. Their oatmeal really lacked taste though and was hard to get down. The Armbar also sells some work out gear, and the necessary GIs you need for some of the ultimate classes. You have to wear a UFC Gi to them so you have to buy them here. They also sell protein powder, small work out equipment, and locks (you need to bring a lock to the gym). Service can be slow at times. Sometimes the workers can be busy ignoring you and other times they will be the most amazing people ever. Usually after classes get out there's a long line so try to get there first!
