The brisket was so tough I had to get a knife to cut it. It was dry and had no flavor. The pork was dry. And the turkey was salty. My husband said the sausage was good. It was the best meat on the plate. I didn't eat any of it. Fries, hush puppies and Texas toast were fine. Service was good. You order at the counter and they call your name when your food is ready.

I ordered it chilled for pickup the day before, and we popped it in the fridge. It was ready for an easy pickup exactly at the time slot I had set when ordering. The day of, we followed the instructions supplied via QR code and heated the turkey in the oven between 2-2.5 hours. It was outstanding. We fed 6 people and had a ton of leftovers. Unfortunately I did not get a picture of the cooked bird, but I got a picture of the box ;-) Everyone loved the turkey and I may just have a new go to for an easier holiday, without needing to stand out in the weather to fry them myself.
