The tenderloin was clearly a greasy one from the moment I laid eyes on it. I cut it in half to make a double-decker out of it, and half of the breading came off. When I picked up that half to stack it on the sandwich, the rest came off. I put it back together the best I could and gave it a try. The tenderloin was both greasy and tough- it was like biting into a pork chop. There was nothing "tender" about it. Fries were ok, with lot of seasoning salt on them.
