The prices are reasonable and the delivery is free. If you're not going to be home (maybe playing pickleball) you can leave a cooler out and they will put your order in it. This behavior is beyond unprofessional, which was my grievance in the first review to begin with -- not that they made a mistake with my order, but that their response to their mistake was rude and unprofessional. There were several points since MAY this situation could have come to a peaceful end, or at least an end, period. They could have refunded me and the issue would have been resolved and I would have updated my review to reflect that. They could have done nothing, or they could have responded to the reviews myself and my family left, and then we all move on with our lives. Instead, she decided to make up factious stories for no other reason then to defame and harass me. I once again question how many people were bullied into taking down honest reviews because this company is willing to resort to unethical tactics to try and suppress bad reviews. I stand behind my original review and every time this business decides to take irrational and spiteful actions against me, whether it be through her lawyers or members of her family stalking my Linkedin profile, I am more convinced in my assessment that this business is unprofessional. Since Sara has already responded to my review and I've written my rebuttal, I personally see no reason to update my review or to write new ones. However, if she continues to slander me, then I will continue to update my reviews to reflect the chaos that she is deciding to perpetuate. The portions are really large and the food was so tasty. The 3 plates we ordered were: The big Nyash - $19.99 (Jollof rice, fried plantain, coleslaw, and smoked beef ribs) - the smoked beef ribs were so incredibly soft, juicy, and flavorful. They actually almost tasted like wagyu - they were so juicy, rich, and fatty with a good portion of mean on the bone as well. It was really melt in your mouth. The fried plantain was also nice and sweet, and the jollof rice was spicy and flavorful. I am not sure if the coleslaw was correct in our order though, since it seemed like the collard greens in the other two plates we ordered. Custom plate - $15.99 (Smoked pork ribs, jollof rice, beans, and collard greens) - the smoked ribs were very meaty and full of porky flavor, but the beans in this were to die for! They had a full on meaty and salty flavor to them - they were extremely hearty and flavorful. The rice and greens were the same as the other plates, but very very good as well! Custom plate - $15.99 (Jerk chicken, rice and peas, fried plantain, and collard greens) - the chicken was a little spicy and still very moist, which was great. It was also nice to have the rice and peas which were not spicy at all compared to the jollof rice on the other two plates. The plantains and greens were great like the other plates. Curry goat has great flavor, not gamey. Staff are always friendly and helpful with explaining items or making suggestions. Fried plantains always good. Both pork & beef ribs are yummy. Everything was tasty and not overly salted.
