First time getting sandwiches from here. While their pizzas are excellent, their sandwiches are not. The roast beef sub had very little roast beef in it and just a trace of tomato. The sub roll itself was nice and fresh but not worth the $9+. The Italian pita wasn't any better. We were extremely disappointed. We expected better. read more

Homemade goodness! The calzone was dripping with ricotta and toppings. My son had chicken parm, no pressed food here! Not to be missed!

This was the best pizza and salad I've had in a very long time! Everything was fresh and delicious and the family who owns the restaurant are SO sweet! I ordered the garden salad with grilled chicken and a tomato garlic pizza, SO yummy, I can't say enough good things, I better get back into the kitchen, I heard my cat jump up on the counter, YIKES! Great rice pudding and the special order sheet of pizza (45 slices)! Monti's is a neighborhood staple we've purchased pizza since the late 1980's! We have never been displeased nor disappointed over their pizza. Other stuff we've ordered has been equally as good. One complaint is that rice pudding is not always available for purchase, that's how good it is! Friendly people and owner. No reason not to return! Love them. read more

They make a pizza that is so much better than your generic XXX House of Pizza place, starting with an outstanding crust. And while their staple pizzas (plain, pepperoni, peppers & onions, meat lovers) are spot on, you have to try some of their unique combinations like garlic & tomato or spinach & feta to appreciate their level of mastery of the common pie. Picked up a huge order to feed 30 people - pizzas, salads, wraps, pasta. Food was ready in 20 minutes. Employees helped us carry everything to the car. The sheet pizza was really good. By far best pizza in Northboro & you can't beat the price. The pizza is great, we love their salad selection; wings & onion rings are really good. Only thing we've tried that we don't love is their calzones. We've only had them once, had a funny flavor and too much ricotta. My daughter is allergic to dairy, so we order a cheese-less pizza and have never had a problem getting it. They add extra pepperoni which is really nice! We always go in prepared to check to make sure it is, in fact, made w/o cheese, but before we get a chance to the clerk asks us if the cheese-less pizza is due to allergies & if they need to use a different pizza cutter. I've been very impressed by their care in this matter! We order here quite regularly & have never had a messed up order or bad service, only thing I wish they had was delivery! It's a typical pizza spot. I've been here a few times. The food is what you expect it to be but nothing out of the ordinary. I do have to say I'm disappointed that they couldn't accommodate my request on my most recent visit. I asked if part of the a pizza that I ordered could be made without cheese. Yes it's a weird request however there is nothing complicated about it. So I don't know why they couldn't have done it apart from the fact that it is a pain for them! read more

Saying I LOVE this place is an understatement!! Best pizza hands down and unbeatable prices. I used to drive 30 minutes out of the way to get pizza here. I am sad now because I live further and can't get here as often as I'd like. Probably for the best though, because I most likely wouldn't be able to walk if I could eat there everyday lol I have gotten the party, square pizza for gatherings and people always ask where that pizza I got that time was from, because it was so good. Monti's is some of the best pizza around. Great staff and great food. They do take credit cards, which maybe new. Their sheet pizzas are the best deal around. You need to order them the day before, but you get a sheet of pizza, with 40 squares of pizza. These are great for birthday parties, football games, etc. read more

My family has been a frequent customer of Monty's for over ten year. Lately things have changed. Today we ordered steak special and we were VERY disappointed with the results, the meat was of very poor quality and over cooked as in burned. the bread was old so toasted made it very crumby Today was our last time to ever order anything from Monty's again. Best Pizza you'll find in the area! I've lived down the street from Monti's and have got them my whole life, used to make these Junior size pizzas for $1.50 that would be $6.00 anywhere else in the Boros and two of them would be food for the whole night! I can't write enough good things about the Staff the food the prices and the quality of ingredients! Their pasta is all made fresh from scratch in the back and so are the Pizzas Meatballs Lasagna Sausage Chicken Parm Steak etc, and their Sauce which is absolutely amazing. Old world Italian style secret recipes and cooking that is very very hard to beat in this area! Honestly they could hike the prices up double what they are and it would be worth it, but they stay very inexpensive and thats why they've done great business for 20 years! The salads are all made fresh and they'll give you free Bread with it too if you ask! I would eat their every day and the food is so quality and clean it's probably the only take out restaurant that you would get healthier eating every day :) After years of coming here I would suggest the Meatball Sub with Provolone for Sandwiches, the Lasagna which is also made fresh for a hearty meal, the Pepperoni Bacon Pizza is an essential and I think their best Pizza when you want to party, and a Large Garden salad that will last you 2 or 3 meals cause they really give generous portions for only $5! Excellent food, there should be no reviews less than 5 stars unless some people have no idea what their talking about and you will see for yourself when you order! You will be happy you gave them a try :) There are benches outside the restarant in case you want to sit and eat and enjoy a beverage or free newspaper they put out, its a nice little spot and I've never found comparable pizza in the boros my whole life! read more

This use to be the best place. Always good, lately (like the past year) very inconsistent...mostly on the not so good side. We use to always get pizza from here and it was so good...now usually under cooked.
