Walking away shaking their head. Asking Me to have Ocean electric call them! I told them, they won't even call me! I'd look for another Company on Long Island to do anything of significance. More recently, a track lighting fixture very high up on a cathedral ceiling stopped working, We made an appointment for All Wright to come to fix this. We told them that the fixture was very high up and suggested that they bring an extra long ladder. We were told that one of their technicians would be in our area the next day and would stop by. He said that they fixture was not the problem but that it was a problem with the switch on the wall. When the second technician came, he failed to bring the correct switch and told us to call the office to arrange a follow up appointment. The third guy arrived with the wrong switch but was able to run to our near-by hardward store and buy the correct switch. Imagine our surprise when All Wright charged us for this visit. We ended up paying almost $600 to replace a switch.
