every time we order from them for delivery it is over an hour later when we receive it and we always have to call to confirm that our order is going to be delivered and its like they leave only when we call and ask about our order. this is ridiculous. we placed our order at 5:09pm and its 644 pm now and still have yet to receive our order. we called at 6pm and they said it was already out to be delivered. update... its 651 pm and our order has arrived. its cold. we order atleast once or twice a month from this restaurant so this is disappointing. it wasn't even the driver for their company. apparently the driver went to deliver another pizza and never came back to pick up the rest of the orders? $30 later and we have cold food. :( could have atleast given us a discount or something. read more

Me and my family have ordered pizza here once a week. All the times it has been great. But this time it was the worst experience We have ever had. We ordered a D'Lish pizza for $9.73. We went to pick it up and waited almost 10 minutes just for them to acknowledge we were there. They gave us the pizza and went home. We then saw our pizza and it looked like someone threw up on it. Our order was a d'Lish pizza with chicken all over mushrooms on one side and olives in the other because my girlfriend is allergic to olives. We also specifically told them to cut it right in half. So when we got the pizza there was chicken on like 3/4 of the pizza. Olives right in the middle. And like a total of 5 mushrooms. So we proceeded to call for either a remake or a refund. Honestly I would be happy with an apology. But when we called and complained the apparent owner told her that is how the pizza comes. So a pizza is supposed to look like someone threw up on it? Because that is not what the websites pictures show. Anyways she hung up on us abruptly and we went to the store to talk to her in person for the refund. She locked the door when she saw us coming and we told her we would like a refund. She proceeded to call the cops on us and called me privileged. A brown women, privileged? Anyways she made a restraining order from the store for a whole year. So, how bad must your restaurant be if you can't give a $9.73 refund or replacement? Also when we asked for the refund she said, why are you wasting your time for $6, I could ask her the same question. But the point is she doesn't even know the price of her own pizza. And how much of a petty owner must you be to call a customer privileged and lock the doors because she can't handle the stress of a complaint. Order a large spinach pizza with extra cheese and no sauce and a 2 liter Diet Dr. Pepper. You ask the person taking the order if they have Diet Dr. Pepper. He leaves you on hold to look and comes back to the phone saying they have the drink. Repeat the order to him and he says all is good. Forward an hour, pizzas arrive and are hot. Delivery guy hands us a Diet Coke and leaves. When I open the pizza it has bacon and mushrooms. Bacon is very small and cant be taken off. I'm a local delivery driver out of Fort Worth with Con-way Freight. I was about to return to Fort Worth from Poolville and saw on Yelp that I would be passing through in about 20 minutes, just right to pickup a Carryout pizza straight from the oven. I called to place an order over the phone. The person who answered sounded very rushed and busy, which is fine at 5:00. If you live in or around Springtown, this place is the best for pickup or delivery. It's pizza is delicious and the pizza is always hot and fresh. I live a little out of town, but they cook the pizza there and make it fresh, so my wait is worth it for delivery. Only thing I can say is they don't have stuffed crust, but that can be worked around when the pizza is as good as it is.
