Pizza Hut is always a great option. We usually have pizza quite a bit in our household. My favorite is the big New Yorker unfortunately recently their app has been acting crazy and not letting you use your points. I'm being generous with two stars!! I have had Pizza Hut in many states and I don't think I have ever been so disappointed. We had been shopping all day and thought this would be an easy pick up for our group. We walked into the restaurant before eight o'clock. We order two pizzas and a soda. The girls decided to add chicken wings so we had a second order. We were thrilled to be one in a air conditioned building and two sitting after a long day of shopping in Fort Worth. We had to go ask for our one beverage because they didn't give it to us and my niece was very parched. We were enjoying the gorgeous sunset and each other's companionship. We were joking and laughing so much we hadn't realized that quite a lot of time passed. I asked about our order, I was told it would be out shortly. Another 10 minutes passed and the pizzas were brought to our table and was told our wings were on their way. We were waiting a few minutes when i remember most pizza places show your pizza to make sure it's ok. So I thought I should check our order. Surprise surprise! The first pizza was broken and flipped over on top of a quarter of the pizza. (Sorry no photo) The second pizza was supposed to be a stuffed crust and basically the cheese was melted out of the crust. I went to the counter and without saying a word I opened the box. The young lady became very apologetic with a Mr Bill Face. So now we are waiting again. They finally come out with the remade pizza and no wings. So I asked about them and here we went again with the waiting game. Now none of us were mad and we did a lot of laughing. Since I am not a local regular I can only guess by all of these employees, with the exception of the little well put together blond, they were all new. When we left there was a lobby full of customers and a pick line full of cars, I hope they received correct orders. I haven't even told ya'll about our cold pizza with over cooked crusts. And the shortage of chicken wings. Thank goodness for a fun family and added alcohol that made our meal enjoyable read more

BEST PIZZA HUT IVE EVER ORDERED FROM!!! I love the pickup window. Staff is always kind. Their pizza and cheese sticks have better flavor than any of the thousands of other Hut's I've been to. I'm a rewards member which makes it even more appealing to go to! read more

Phoned in an order for pizza and breadsticks, when my wife arrived to pick it up the young lady behind the counter (who probably took the order) said "I'm sorry we don't have record of you ordering anything", my wife offered to show her on her phone where she had called a few minutes earlier, the young lady said, "it doesn't matter if you have record of it, "we don't have it". So my wife asked to speak to a manager, the young lady turned to a young man that was approximately 3 feet behind her and said, "Matt this lady would like to speak to a manager" and his reply was "tell her I'm busy", so the young lady turned to relay the message, my wife dumbfounded just turned and walked out the door.
