This caused leaks that damaged the inside of many homes, including mine. When I called for a warranty, I did not receive a call back. After a week or so of calling, I finally got someone to respond and come out to take a look at my issue. I was told that they would be back to fix the problem the next day. No one showed up and nothing was ever done. This was over a year ago and I cannot get an answer to this day. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HIRING ANY CONTRACTOR. Hard work. The crew worked long hours, and didn't complain if changes needed to be made. And, they took great care and pride in their work. Joe is a great communicator throughout our entire experience, updating progress and arrival times, etc. The working crew did an all around awesome job from demolition of deteriorating walkway, driveway and porch to the laying the new areas. They were dry pleasant and personable to speak with. What was most impressive was the pride of their work and attention to details. When the driveway and side walk were poured, they took time to neatly backfill the edges with little spade shovels and level everything out. Their cleanup was impeccable to the point you would not have known they were even here. At the end of the project, they roped off the area to keep people off and dry properly to the point they will have to return to retrieve the poles and such. Joe also made it a point to take the time on the do's and don'ts of how to properly maintain. It's nice to deal with someone who is knowledgeable and takes pride in his work.
