I love that they are located close to my home. The shop is full of cute dog sweaters, fun toys and snacks. Miss Amy is really good with Teddy. He's old and anxious and she was the one to ask me about his behavior at home and suggested I talk to his vet about possible dementia symptoms. Sure enough, she was right. I knew something was off and couldn't place it and she knew right away. She didn't make me feel bad about it. She just presented the facts of what she saw in the kindest manner and I am so grateful for that. Most of all, she is gentle and patient, so if you have an older dog, they will be in good hands!

They always blamed their system, but it never seemed to get fixed. The service its self was always great, but getting them here or having an on going appointment was impossible. That said, the service came to us, thus saving us the trouble of having to haul his spoiled little doggie ass to the groomer. (You have no IDEA what that alone was worth to this loving but persnickety gay couple!) Laney, his stylist, was kind and compassionate, and our pup took an instant liking to her. (Furthermore, she gave him a neat, tailored scissor cut that made him look like the little gentleman he strives to be every day.) Anyways, after calling on a Friday around lunch time, they were able to get my poodle in on the same day as long as I brought her in before 2PM. My toy poodle was a mess due to staying at her daddy's house. She had dirty matted fur and just was depressed. Prissy Pampered Pups cleaned her up back to her fluffy white self again, and made her beautiful and confident again for a reasonable price of 40 dollars. Definitely will become a regular here. Also, I was fortunate I had some cash on me, because this place does not accept plastic ONLY CASH.
