I called Prissy Pampered Pets after finding on via Yelp. My cousin had written a review about how great they were so, I decided to give them a try due to our regular groomer moving to a further location. Anyways, after calling on a Friday around lunch time, they were able to get my poodle in on the same day as long as I brought her in before 2PM. My toy poodle was a mess due to staying at her daddy's house. She had dirty matted fur and just was depressed. Prissy Pampered Pups cleaned her up back to her fluffy white self again, and made her beautiful and confident again for a reasonable price of 40 dollars. Definitely will become a regular here. I have been getting my maltese his hair cut here for over 3 years. This place is hand's down the best groomer. I love how they style his hair exactly the way I want it. It did take about 2-3 times to get it that way but ever since then, it's been great! My dog did get nicked about twice here with one episode of his getting an infected cut. While I was angry about that their cut is the best. Now that I think about it it probably was mainly due to my dog moving My dog is a small one n he is usually 35$ for the entire service..sometimes I just get a facial trim and nails shorten and that's 8$. I think the price is reasonable since they do a great job. One plus thing is the salon does not small bad! It actually smells pretty good! I'm trying to figure out what perfume they always use on my dog though! Next time I'll have to take a picture of it. read more

We moved to OKC in December 2018. Worst timing EVER!! We still don't know our neighbors! We have not attended Mass here! HOWEVER; We have found a Pet Groomer!! We have 3 poodles; ages 5, 10, and 15!! They go to Prissy's every 6 weeks. They all have basic Kennel Clips. They come home squeaky clean all over. EARS CLEAN. ANAL GLANS OK! They come home HAPPY & PLAYFUL! It's a bit pricey at $65.00 each. However, I appreciate not having to have one more "TO DO" on my list. :). 4 stars given because I would like their nails much shorter. They all go together every 6 weeks...,,thanks to standing appointments! read more

Have taken pets there twice now. The first time they had to shave them naked. The second time they were there for 6 hours. I got them in at 8am. When I brought them in I was told they were in good co diction and they didn't need to be shaved again, but later was told my boy was in bad shape and his coat couldn't be saved. I was told my girl was mis behaving and wouldn't let them brush her. When I went to pick them up, they were rude. I do have to say they both look great, but they have NEVER been at the groomer for 6 hours and I have never been treated so poorly. They won't be going back. read more

They do a great job here, they are super nice, and always take great care of my baby, each visit they trim her nails, give her a bath, make her smell nice and fresh, and my favorite, little bows on her head ^_^ they are quite busy, so you need to call a couple weeks ahead of time, but so worth it! read more

I called at 5:15 pm trying desperately to get my Mini Doodle in for a grooming the next day. They were able to get me in at 8:00 am the next morning! (Amazing) I was early as usual but they didn't complain. My dog had been hit by a car a few years ago so she has a leg that doesn't work and some hip problems and they worked very well with it. This was the best haircut she has ever had and she looked shockingly different! I got her 12 week appointment scheduled before we left that day! I recently moved to Oklahoma City and was initially looking for a mobile groomer for my two anxious pups who had always been groomed in my home by a mobile groomer. Not being able to find one who traveled to our neighborhood, I began doing a search for a shop that had reviews that satisfied my concerns. I absolutely love Prissy Pampered Pups! 1. They don't use drying cages, which was high on my priority list (but difficult to find). 2. I was able to get in right away. 3. When there was a question about how to clip one of my dogs, I received a phone call for clarification - good communication always a plus! 4. I was able to pick my dogs up 3 hours after I dropped them off. 5. My dogs look wonderful! Before we left, we made an appointment for a return engagement. It's a bit of a drive from our home but well worth it for the peace of mind and fantastic customer service! read more

Absolutely loved this groomer! We are new to the area as well as it was my puppy's first haircut. As I was nervous, I felt as if the groomer made sure to tell me it was all right and she understood he was a puppy. And of course he didn't behave, but she was very patient with him. She also sent him home with a new toy. We definitely will be using this service again in the future. read more

I have been taking my Miniature Poodle here for over a year now. He seems to like the groomers there. He usually looks fantastic when I get him back. Sometimes they miss extracting his ear hair, but it's not that big of deal to me. I paid $40 for his haircut, which I find very reasonable. However, the cash only policy is a bit strange to me since it's an inconvenience to your customers who never carry cash. I have taken my dog here several times. The last time I took my dog here they called me an hour after dropping him off to let me know he was done. I have a shih tzu and it has always taken a few hours at least to bathe him, cut his hair, and do everything else that should be done with a groom. When he was picked up he didn't look like he had even had a bath. The cut was done very poorly, and his tail didn't look like it had even been combed. It certainly wasn't trimmed at all, which it desperately needed. I called them the next day since they were closed when I got him (a family member picked him up for me) and the owner, who answered the phone was incredibly rude and said she knew he was done properly without any doubt. She did say I could take him back, but since my dog came home with his tail tucked between his legs seeming terrified I sure wasn't taking him back to this place. I would NEVER take any animal you care about to these people. I have no doubt they treat the animals as poorly as they do their customers. read more
