I don't know what these other two are talking about, I've had nothing but positive experiences with this company. The first time they came I was here and they helped me organize my space. They did a great job. The second time I had given them a 1 hour time limit and was a bit concerned at the job done. I emailed and they told me that they respected the time limit I had imposed and had to make calls on the most important parts to clean. I knew I had left serious clutter behind and I appreciated the honesty and the priority of not charging me more than I had agreed to pay. We came to an agreement for extra time if needed, and the next time they came I did a better job of picking up clutter and the place looked great. That would be enough for a five star review, but it got better. I recently broke both wrists and, understandably, am having trouble cleaning. I sent them a detailed list and an apology for the clutter. They have come twice now and have done an amazing job. They made the bed the way I asked, they even folded the clothes! They spent the time on the places I asked, and I think went above and beyond expectations. I've had places that just don't clean things and it has been really frustrating. This company respects the money I am spending by not going over the allotted time and was honest about the job, and while not rude at all, made sure I knew that the clutter was a major factor. I appreciate the frankness and their commitment to meet my requests, the top one being how much I was ok to spend. I've finally found my cleaning service in Seattle. read more

Wow my house has never been this clean. I am impressed!! I had the same service for ten years and they kept raising their prices so I called Mrs. Clean and now I wish I had done this sooner. Not only were they priced less than my other service but they did a better job. My counters are sparkling and my floors have never looked like this. With animals and kids my house gets pretty grungy but when Mrs. Clean comes my house is transformed. AAAAAA+++++++++ GREAT job!!! We are very happy customers!!! read more

We used Mrs. Clean for the first time. We live in a 1500 sq ft townhome with minimal surfaces to clean. 3 cleaners came. They worked less than 2 hours and the service cost us $230. We keep a clean home so this was not a hard job. Some of the work was fine. But overall, it was very disappointing. There is nothing more disappointing than paying that amount of money for a home to find the white counters still have a black ring on the counter from the morning's coffee cup or fingerprints left by kids from the day before. If surfaces are cleared, there is no excuse for dirty counters. If the easiest part of the job isn't done well, what else wasn't done well? We specifically asked them to dust because our house gets dusty easily. The white surfaces were still covered in dust. We specifically asked 2 of them to check the oven. There were a few splatter marks on the inside door (window), nothing more. The oven was not cleaned. This in only the start. While we believe 2 of the cleaners did a much better job than the third, it was a huge disappointment and waste of money. We contacted the company and asked to speak with a manager or owner. A gentleman took our call and did nothing to help us. In fact he tried to put it back on us even though he said he too was surprised they finished the work so fast. He says we should have been more specific. But we spoke to the cleaners about several specific things and they were not done. The gentleman also said we should have stayed home while they cleaned. Never mind the fact that I was specifically told before they came, it's best to leave or if we need to stay home, stay in one room. As a homeschooling family in a small home, leaving was the right choice. Overall, this has been a very disappointing situation and one we won't repeat. read more

Corina, do not tell me what I did or did not accept. We both agreed on an hour and then see where the maids were at that point. I even offered to be there and help prep so the cleaning would go faster per Danielle's, your representative, suggestion. She told me your policy just changed because of recent bad experiences you all have had with other customers, so I highly doubt my isolated incident is what caused you this concern. It sounds like poor management of customer expectations is likely the case. Let's be very clear that YOU backed out in our agreement. Danielle called to cancel and pawn me off to other "referrals." She did not tell me anymore about my options until I asked her what your new policy was. She automatically assumed I would not be interested. So don't tell me that "I didn't accept your new policy." She was calling to cancel on me period. YOU backed out on our deal based on your recent bad experiences, yet you claim every case is different. If you really cared about meeting expectations, you could have came out to look at the place for yourself and provide a better estimate. I told you I would pay for the time spent on my place whether it was finished or not, and Danielle agreed you all would only guarantee the work done. So no, I did not have some pie in the sky expectations. Learn to better manage your customers, because it seems like you disappoint them whether you do provide the service or not. Dismal service + high price points. If you don't mind half-hearted, feather-light housecleaning at entry-level brain surgery prices, by all means give those people a call. I understand that the whole industry is saddled with high turnover and that the employees only get a fraction of the bill for their work, but Mrs. Clean pushed the envelope of mediocrity to very distant shorelines. I had to clean after them and remind them of basic sanitary rules when bringing in dirty vacuum-cleaner attachments and soiled rags. It also occurred to me that at that price, I could have sacrificed one weekend day at the most and performed the real cleaning work myself (and kept the changes.) read more

I have NEVER had such GREAT maid service. I have had them out twice now, and BOTH times they were so professional in that they are fast, organized, they work really hard to do the job right. I've never had a cleaner house! I'd hire them again in a heartbeat! read more
