Twenty years ago when we moved to Las Vegas, we got to outdoor chair and table sets from what was then Mr. Pool and Mrs. Patio. The name has changed and there is more than one store, but it's the place to go for patio items that hold up as well as they can with our heat in the summer and our sunshine year round. I needed to get new cushions for the set I have at our arbor. I had to replace them once before about 10 years ago and these were getting weather worn. I looked online but nothing seemed to be the size I needed. I stopped at Lowe's but they didn't have the correct size plus getting someone to help is always a crap shoot. I decided yesterday to go to Mrs. Patio, which is only a couple of miles from where I live, and I looked at the cushions they had. There were three colors left in the size I needed. The woman asked me if I wanted to take one home to make sure it was the correct size. She put it in a plastic bag and I czme home. It fit perfectly and was just what I needed. I went right back to the store and got the other one. They accept Apple pay which is always a plus. I brought the other one home, and within about 1/2 hour, I purchased and had in place the new cushions. Now, a little warmer weather would be nice so I can enjoy sitting outside in the morning with coffee or in the evening watching the bats come from Red Rock Canyon, clear some insects from the neighborhood, and then head for the Luxor beam. This is a specialty store (we knew this beforehand), so the prices are much higher than usual. However, we were curious to see what was available here (we've been looking at all types of stores; it is still fun to browse), so we stopped here last sunday. We were looking for a specific type of patio furniture set, and none of the sets here were that size: smaller bistro size. Everything is big here. All the displays had the cracked glass chips inside the middle of the tables. Those were located along the middle wall. I think that the best type of home that this store caters to would be custom homes with huge backyards. It would be a good guess that the ideal Mrs. Patio customer would be one that has a large family and doesn't see the general price being an issue (otherwise, regular working people on budgets, this is NOT the store for you). We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. The sales people (three ladies) were nice and helpful. Bianca helped us right away. Hubby was wanting to see tables in the 28 inch size. I don't think that there were tables of that size here, though. I snapped the picture (and added it to Yelp) of the round bistro table, topped with the sign $595 (not sure, but I think that was for the table only). It's almost like ala carte pricing. Don't get me wrong, there were sets here but they were in the thousands (just to give you an idea, on pricing). Everything is set up nicely inside. It feels like it is outdoors even though it is inside and there is a lot of numerous configurations to give you ideas galore. The bright colors and also the wall decor (the pricing was pretty good on these cute wall pieces; I also snapped the golden gecko and added it to Yelp) were very appealing (nice nautical ones like mermaid, blue crab, green sea turtles, and many different hues of geckos, too). FYI: There were some signs on specifics, not allowing children to get on them (like the canopy chair). read more

My husband and I drove here to look at furniture for our backyard since our pool is almost up. No joke, as we pulled up one of the sales lady got on the floor and tried to hide herself behind a chair. The other one ducked behind the desk. We had arrived 5 minutes before they were closing. We didn't know their hours because we saw the store from the street and thought we would stop by. The sales ladies made such a stink face we took a quick 2 minute walk around and was out before closing time at 6. It looked like they had a good selection of things but, we will not be buying from the store because of the bad impression the sales left on us. I can't believe grown women would try to duck to avoid customers. I understand closing time is closing time but they should honor the posted store hours. We would have left and came back another day to look if the experience wasn't like this. read more

i was looking for Sunbrella fabric to recover my patio furniture and went to Mrs. Patio becuase they carry Sunbrella fabric. These fabrics are advertized by Sunbrella at about $54 sq. yd. I found a fabric that i liked, but it was exclusive to another company so Mrs. Patio had to go to them for pricing. The quote from Mrs. Patio t ome came out to $206.19 sq. yd. I expected to pay a premium for the fabric, but not 4X the price. From my perspective Mrs. Patio is ridiculously over priced. read more

RUN DONT WALK. THEY ARE LIERS. ASHLEE IS THE BIGGEST LIER OF ALL. IT TOOK ME 3 months to get a 12,000$ patio set and over 4 months got the umbrella I don't even have the umbrella 5 weeks and the pole are fraying the white canopy and discoloring the other ends of where the canopy attaches to the pole I was told the set was guaranteed for 30 years NI MATTER WHAT !!!!! I call Ashlee the lair. She tells me to send photos !! I do she forwarded them to the umbrella company who from 3 photos said it was to close to a brick wall and a palm Tree. Which is another lie. And if I want it fixed I have to ship it back at my cost and they will repair it at a fee for me. But what kind of idiot would spend $12,000 on the patio set and have it rub up against a brick wall or a palm tree so again Ashley the liar told me there's nothing that can be done when I have a written guarantee and I only only product less than five weeks so now I've contacted the Better Business Bureau I will be going on Google I will be going on Facebook and I hope that no one spends any of their hard-earned money at the store because they want to blame the pandemic for everything so shoddy craftsmanship and shoddy material is now caused by the pandemic and if they think it's OK to take advantage of people that are still coming in their store to spend their money during a pandemic shame on you. OK, every time I want to get something for the backyard, I want to go to Costco, Sams Club, Walmart and all the other places for great prices!!! I mean, come on, it is the freaking back yard. It is gonna get dusty, and weathered anyway. And it is Vegas and too hot to sit outside. OK, now that I got that out of my system, I seem to always get back to Mrs. Patio. They have high quality furniture and looks great. I have had all that cheap stuff before and ended up donating it. The stuff at Mrs. Patio have things line OW Lee, Homecrest and Mallin. Really nice and heavy furniture. Usually there is a discount around 35% and sometime they have closeouts. October they have a massive sale. If you can spare the extra dimes, I suggest buying or trying one or two pieces at a time. The quality is great, the stuff is rock solid. I end up not throwing it away and keeping it for a long time. I have tried every time to go to Costco and I always end up back at Mrs. Patio. OK, the wifey drags me back. But, I do like the quality! read more

We purchased a large cantilever umbrella from Mrs Patio that sadly was damaged less than a year later when a freak gust of wind toppled it. The best in Vegas! They have been around forEVER and there's good reason. Their customer service & delivery team have it down. I have never had anything but top notch (basically white glove) service, and always feel like family when I shop here. They carry quality furniture that actually lasts in Vegas. We bought our first set here in 1996, and besides buying replacement cushions ONCE, still looks practically brand new (do the math... that's almost 20 years, ...wicker furniture, in VEGAS!). They have ordered things for me that I've seen at hotels but they don't stock, and we always get a great deal and discount off the retail prices we see elsewhere. I would not shop anywhere else for outdoor furniture, at least not as long as we live in Vegas and want something that will last more than 2 seasons. Over the weekend we stopped into our local Mrs. Patio to peruse their umbrella selections and ogle their immense inventory of wicker. The most impressive items are their Cantilever Umbrella's however they seem a tad pricey. If nothing else, there are a ton of great furniture options that you may be able to find cheaper with some quick google searches, but beware the old adage, "you pay for what you get". The staff were very helpful and we will be back to pick up a few items in the coming weeks. Tip; Ask for samples (of the wicker) to see if it matches your current color scheme prior to placing your custom order (6-8 week fabrication window). read more

This place has some nice items. I did not see too many sectional pieces as this is what I was looking for. I was blown away.. I mean literally blown away at the prices of the furniture. One chaise lounge, like $2000 bucks. Really, are they gold plated? And the sales rep made sure to tell us that everything was marked down in the place 30%. I have been frantically shopping for outside furniture and let me tell you there are way better deals and quality furniture for what you will find here. Even the pads for the chairs were like $300. False advertising. Fake markdowns (50%???), $2030 for one bench at 50% off...so $4060 regularly?! She made sure to tell us they are carry "prime" "exclusive" furniture lines. I don't care what they say, a metal frame 6' long and 3 cushions is not worth $4k. It's not about who CAN afford to shop here...it's about who is so oblivious to the ridiculous prices. Custom cushion order issues and the replacement/repair process I experienced was very pleasing. Tropitone and Mrs. Patio stood by and delivered on their promise of warranty. I ordered new replacement cushions back in 2014, for (4) high back chairs and (2) loungers to custom fit my Tropitione patio set that I had also purchased originally from Mrs. Patio over 12 years ago. I paid over $2,400 for the new set of cushions and waited well over 8 weeks originally to receive them. Not even two years later, this spring I noticed extreme fading of the cushion color, the pigmentation was literally coming off and sticking/transferring to your clothes when you sat in the chairs and the chaise loungers had begun tearing and ripping from what appeared to be dry rot. SIDE NOTE: during the past 2 years the chaise loungers were barely used and sat in. I called the new Flamingo store and expressed my issues and they explained that the Tropitone manufacture warranty cover material defect like items such as this for 5 years. So I loaded the (2) lounge cushions up and took them into Mrs. Patio. to show them how bad it had gotten. From this point on the staff at Mrs. Patio took over and communicated direct with Tropitone with effort to request a remake. Lol' and behold within a few months, I received a brand new custom made set of replacement cushions for all (6) total chairs. The only thing that would have made this experience better is if the store would have been a bit more proactive to follow up with me first to let me know the status. Granted the store associate told me that it could be a little time consuming for them to get a response back from Tropitone (which I understand). However, I had waited about 4+ weeks to hear back anything at all as to what to expect. (so I called them back, just wanting to know whether to begin the process of looking for new cushions or not with Summer fast approaching.) When I called, I was pleasantly surprised to hear the re-make request had been approved and that my cushions were scheduled to arrive in about 3-4 weeks. PLUS, I would be receiving brand new cushions for ALL 6 total chairs. Great to hear! None-the-less, the higher cost of sale you pay to get custom made items, or purchase higher end patio furnishings and the ability to work with retail store sale associates such as this is WORTH EVERY PENNY. Hence the results I am sharing... I don't like to purchase patio furniture every year or two, I prefer to invest in something built to withstand the harsh desert climate with little to no maintenance required on my behalf. Mrs. Patio offers higher end product lines that do just that. By paying a bit more, you WILL get more reliability, more warranty coverage and customer service. In the long run the investment of high quality patio furniture pans out actually costing you less. read more

i originally gave them 1 star out of frustration, and miscommunication. We spent a small fortune on our O.W. Lee furniture, b/c we were looking at it as an investment. There were a couple issues, although minimal to some, were bothersome to me. After hearing my frustrations, Robin (store manager), promptly resolved the problem by offering a great solution. My new chair arrived today, and the moment I sat in it I knew it was PERFECT. Then, to my surprise, she sent a little surprise and a card/letter. We just bought one of those large umbrellas, and they are going to reupholster some of our patio chair backs. In total, it was an $1700 order! When the delivery truck was coming to deliver the umbrella, I called and asked if perhaps they could take my chair backs with them on their return to the store. The lady on the phone said that would be an additional $65 delivery charge! The truck was already there, and the chair backs were disassembled, and didn't take much space at all. The delivery guys even said they'd be willing to take them, but I didn't want to incur that charge. In this day and age when local brick-and-mortar stores are trying to compete with big box stores and online merchants, the only thing they have to offer is convenience and customer service. This was an example where they could've provided both of those things for me with little to no cost to them. Now I'm having to make a separate trip in my car to take those chairs to the store.
