So this store sells displays and seasonal stuff. Mainly Christmas stuff. But let me tell you something. For many many years I been buying my decorations from your typical home depot and Walmart and do forth and amazon. But after many years I started thinking of them as disposable decorations. Cause they last only 1 season or a couple. Then throw them out and buy it all over again. This is where Ralph jones comes into play. They sell commercial grade shit. Literally. Their is a reason casinos come to them to either do some of the decor or those casinos buy from here. Example. I bought a couple giant 12inch ornament balls to hang from the awings in front of my house from Amazon. After 1 months of hanging it became brittle and broke from being in the sun. Came to Ralph Jones and bought the same ones but I could tell it was thicker made materials used. Had some heft and weight. Guess what? After 3 years I still been using it over and over again Let me get to the point. You get what you pay for here. If things seems pricey that's because it's worth it. The high end of decorations or things you won't be able to find anywhere else. If you want to stand out from what everyone else buys and have things you don't see everywhere else. After visiting Ralph Jones every year over the last 14 years I am sad to say that I will no longer be a customer. I'm sure they don't need my business or they would have kindly replaced a $19.95 ornament that I purchased that was defective. I purchased a beautiful Christmas ornament that had a boy skiing atop of it. It was purchased on October 22nd. On Wednesday, November 22nd, I took those ornaments out of there individually wrapped packages laid them on my dining room table on bubble wrap lining them up. I picked up this ornament which still had price tag on it and the bottom (ball) part fell right off. It completely separated from the lil skier boy. I called Ralph jones was told they wouldn't replace it. But I forgot to tell them the price tag was still on it. I asked the kind & polite young lady to set two of these ornaments aside for me as I would pick them up on Friday, November 24th. Today I returned to Ralph Jones with the broken ornament and was told they would not replace it. I had to purchase a new one. So I purchased two more of that ornament as I needed them to finish my tree, along with other items for a total of only a $102.00 this time. Previous purchase I made in October was for $322.00. I was prepared to purchase additional items for our house today but only purchased the few more things I absolutely needed to match what I have from them. I realize that they have plenty of customers so they won't miss my business. But as a former business owner I would have replaced a. $19.95 ornament with the Ralph Jones price tag on it after customer showed me the ornament that was clearly defective. The poor girl at the register knew I was upset and I definitely don't blame her for the managements lack of customer service. She was kind. Very disappointed! read more

This is a great place to check out during the holidays. It's packed with all sorts of ideas fir Christmas decorating and they sell ornaments garland, and ribbons and display items. The staff is friendly and helpful too. If you don't want to park on Charleston Blvd, there is plenty of secure Parking in the rear of the building. I have heard about this place for years by my mother in law who lived in vegas and I finally made it to the store this time. Because I love christmas I feel like I had died and gone to heaven. The really nice guy that worked there was so nice and helpful said we need to come back in October when it is really decked out. We are planning our next trip in Oct. Just to come and see it. They educated us on how to secure the more fragile ornaments to the tree and how to get the look we wanted with the ribbon. Recommend the perfect amount of decorations to fill the tree. This week was the first time I've been here and I've noticed some familiar friendly faces from another store I use to shop at. I came here, because the old store I use to shop at for display supplies went out of business. This place has pretty much everything you could ever need for your store. They carry mannequins, jewelry displays plastic, metal or foam type cases for smaller items such as rings. They also carry a lot of holiday items for halloween and christmas, from small wooden reindeers to oversized decked out christmas trees that are simply gorgeous. I highly recommend this shop for all your store display fixture needs, because it seems to be the largest selection in town with decent pricing. The staff was very helpful, friendly and eager to please. I'll definitely be coming here again. read more

This place is absolutely magical! Anything you could imagine for your Christmas decor can be found here. The staff is so friendly and incredibly helpful. Dora in particular stands out because my mom, a friend and I had this wonderful woman running all over the place! She goes upstairs (where I swear the secret magic can be found) and is back with exactly what we asked for. She even swapped out a moose for me. Let me start by saying I've left no more than 3 negative reviews, EVER! This one had to be done & is warranted. Our first time in Ralph Jones we ended up spending approx 2k on ornaments. The young girl that helped us was lovely, sweet & efficient. She told me there was a recommendation on how many ornaments one should buy based on size of tree. (Do Not Follow) we felt like we over-bought but they reassured us we could return what we didn't use. I kept everything nicely wrapped & in original boxes as we never pulled them out bc once we started decorating it was clear we had far too many. I came back with less than a 1/4 of what we bought. First thing that was asked was if I had the receipt. I told her I misplaced it as we had several bags . She said she couldn't help me without a receipt. I then told her the timeframe of when I came in & how much we purchased to spark her memory so she knew we made the purchase & I wasn't trying to do anything sneaky. She said she remembered me & my husband but nevertheless needed the receipt. I said it would've been nice to know and have someone tell me to make sure to hold on to the receipt since they knew we had boughten so much & most likely would be bringing somethings back. I had no idea the receipt was the only way for them to look up transactions. If I had known I would've put the receipt safely away in my wallet. I then asked, if they remembered me & according to her also had cameras why she couldn't help me. All the ornaments had price tags & were clearly not used. Her response was you wouldn't go into Target w/out a receipt. I replied, Target has multiple ways of looking up a transaction & would not rely solely on a customer keeping the receipt in order to help them. To be frank she was a jerk & took advantage of my situation. I left by saying I would leave a review & her response was "I don't even look at the reviews" I was honestly shocked and realized then bc they are family owned they feel like they can do whatever they want & treat they're customer however they want. Ralph Jones has to be the hands down worst customer service I have every experienced in my entire life. I have ordered several trees from them costing well over $1,000 each, not to mention the thousands I've spent on decorations. BOTH of my trees lights went out within the warranty time frame and they refused to do anything about it. They wanted to offer me a wholesale credit when I paid retail for the tree. Originally the manufacturer was going to replace my tree for free, but due to covid, nobody followed up with me. I then called the store to work it out and the manager or whomever it was told me that she was doing nothing for me , named dropped the Fertitta's and said she wouldn't do anything for them either and then proceeded to hand up on me. I have never in my life been treated like this. Do not buy anything from them, their products to don't hold up and they won't do anything for you when they fail. read more

I have been told to come here for years but until now I haven't been ready for a amazing christmas space. They are one of the old school hidden amazing businesses in this town, I wish they would tell stories. Not in a great part of town but you are safe, just don't go at night if you are worried I was not, it is not that bad of part of town as I was told. My first trip I was pretty floored. It is amazing you walk through the whole store and your mouth might be open the whole time. They have each area set up as a theme, so you browse through to see what may set your eye off. I want everything for every room they have set up but I don't have enough rooms. In all reality they will set up any party you have or want to have set up but for the everyday person like me. Oh my It may take time but in my upbringings a tree takes a lifetime. It takes all the kind ornaments and the ornaments you add every year until it is perfect. And then if you are lucky you may have another room you can fit a tree into. I lost all my stuff shortly after moving here and have not had time, room or patience to replace christmas stuff. Now I come here with new eyes and everything is so pretty so well thought out if you have any theme or any need or any color or add a different color this is the place. They can also custom make any tree for any home, party or anything! I added to my tree and decor this year! I love this place it will become a multi yearly trip because they are open to the public all year and the do have halloween decode as well! read more

A guy named Terry helped me out here and he was really accomodating. I had never been here before but glad I'm found this place. We own a couple salons around town and were planning to sell some Indian clothing in some extra space we had. We looked online first and saw plenty of options but weren't in the spirit of waiting or paying for shipping. Instead we found ourselves here. Miraculously, the prices were nearly identical to those on eBay for literally the exact same items. Needless to say, we loaded up and were very happy. I shop at Ralph Jones every season. They have beautiful merchandise. The ladies there are very sweet and kind. After the service that I had from the gentleman at check out. I will not be shopping there anymore. He was rude and abnoxious to me and other customers. I complained to the owner about it she agreed and doesn't know why he is still working there. Mom broke a Christmas center piece called them a head of time they helped me pick out the missing piece they were excellent fixed it perfectly and they added there own personal touch they added a beautiful bow I was impressed by the outcome was looking around while they fixing it found a cute gift for the manager was really happy. fixing the center piece it was cheap and my boss gift was not a bad price. Used this company to set up our first retail store. Came to find out that they grossly overcharge for display product that can be purchased elsewhere at much better prices. Had them do some interior custom work that was very expensive and turned out to be shoddy and dangerous to customers. Would definitely recommend ordering display items (hangers, racks, etc) online, and using a custom cabinet company to do counter work. read more
