    Christmas decor
    Amy S.

This is a great place to check out during the holidays. It's packed with all sorts of ideas fir Christmas decorating and they sell ornaments garland, and ribbons and display items. The staff is friendly and helpful too. If you don't want to park on Charleston Blvd, there is plenty of secure Parking in the rear of the building. They are located on the east side of the Las Vegas Valley just off of Eastern. Definitely add this place to your holiday shopping!

This is the place to go for all things retail displays! The staff is extremely helpful in finding what your looking for as It's easy to get lost in their aisles and rooms full of option after option! Anything I need for my retail outlet I can find at Ralph Jones Display. Not to mention their store is a Christmas explosion around the holidays. It is an absolute Winter Wonderland during the holiday season!

Fabulous shopping experience getting our new tree. Staff stayed after closing to help us finish up the order. They educated us on how to secure the more fragile ornaments to the tree and how to get the look we wanted with the ribbon. Recommend the perfect amount of decorations to fill the tree. Tree and decorations delivered on time and did not disappoint. Looking forward to enjoying our beautiful tree for years to come!

If you really want to get in the holiday spirit this is the place!! It will give you so much inspiration. I love that there's themed trees all over the store. The prices are reasonable and well worth the quality. I'm a Christmas freak so this place totally kicked off the start of the holidays for me

This place is absolutely magical! Anything you could imagine for your Christmas decor can be found here. The staff is so friendly and incredibly helpful. Dora in particular stands out because my mom, a friend and I had this wonderful woman running all over the place! She goes upstairs (where I swear the secret magic can be found) and is back with exactly what we asked for. She even swapped out a moose for me. I love this place and will go here any time I come to Vegas!

On Friday after Thanksgiving, the front zone stopped working and after investigating, it looks like they installed the RF receiver in my rain gutter without any waterproofing protection. But my main concern is that they sent me an estimate, I signed it, and then the next day "when they were loading up the truck" they realized they forgot to add enough lights to cover the entire estimate. So my price jumped about $200. I was quoted in the $300's now I'm in the $500's! I get mistakes happen, but this wasn't on me. So I told them "no thanks" in an extremely polite way. (Seriously) They tried to talk me into reducing my job if I wanted to save some money, but not once were they willing to reduce their labor costs to make up for their mistake. I would have been happy to split the cost, even though this was their error. But they weren't willing to do anything except reduce the entire scope of the job. Anyway, after reading a lot of the reviews, especially Vince S.'s review here on Yelp, it is obvious to me this isn't the first time this has happened and seems to be a recurring theme. I really am sad as the first lady I spoke with was really nice. (She said she was the owner's aunt.) But Shelia dropped the ball on mine job and they could have saved me as a customer. For the owner, if you read this, I want you to do a quick little calculation called LTV. This stands for lifetime value of a customer. So, this year, you decide to eat the cost - or even split the cost because of your company's error do the job as first agreed. Provide all the lights and labor necessary, etc. So, you don't make as much, but let's be honest, you aren't losing here either. So you gross $400. Continuing using an LTV, next year, we decide to switch to colored lights. So now you make over $600 gross, probably more as their won't be a new customer discount or the late in season discount. The following year we make no changes so you only make about $300 gross. But, let's consider lights being bought ever 3-4 years. Your 10 year (estimated lifetime of a customer) gross is about $4,000 - $5,000 plus inflation and other purchases. Not a ton, but what is your customer acquisition cost? Also, what is the lost revenue from Yelp reviews? What is the lost revenue from referrals? Taking ownership of the mistake and making it right is what makes a difference. When you started this business at 14, did you make mistakes? Sure! Did you fix them, even if you didn't make as much on one job? Of course you did because you wanted to stay in business. You knew the value of every single customer The reviews are similar in this regard. Seriously, eating 10%-20% on a job where your company made a mistake isn't going to hurt you, and in this case, not eating that cost will cost you a lot more in potential same-house revenue. I had really wanted lights this year to surprise my wife. But now, guess I'll buy her jewelry. Oh, and when I said, 'no thanks' the final time (very politely), I get no response at all from the company. Come on folks, at least a, "sorry, we hope you will consider us next year" would be the appropriate response. You are in the "Christmas" business after all. UPDATE: several hours after writing this review I did get a 'sorry it didn't work out' and their sharing it was an honest mistaken and that it wasn't bait and switch. Seriously, I don't think it was bait and switch, I just wish they would "make it right". I cleared my schedule for the install at the price they quoted me. I was excited about it and ready to move forward. Anyway, there is my honest opinion.

Here's how it works. You buy tickets at the front and each activity has an assigned ticket value. We purchased 40 tickets for $49 and that lasted my 3 year old for 1 hour of fun. Each activity was around 2-4 tickets per round. This isn't a huge attraction, but has enough to do for an hour or so. They have inflatable houses with slides, inflatable obstacle courses, a petting zoo, a maze, and a train. Each activity has an age requirement. There was much more for my three year old to do this year than she could do at two years old. There are little haystacks and pumpkins around the center that make good spots for photos. Food is limited to a couple of snacks like popcorn, flavorless packaged caramel apples, and nachos. Seasonal pumpkin patch is a fun activity for the kids! Just be prepared that it can get a little pricey.

Review #43 of 2025…read more We stopped by this church's pumpkin patch in October hoping for a fun, family-friendly evening, the kind of wholesome fall outing you expect from a community church event. Unfortunately, it's clear this has turned into nothing more than a cash grab. We bought a big stack of tickets upfront (easily $50-60 worth) for the mazes, bounce houses, and activities. When we ran out and realized we only needed one more ticket to let our children finish the last attraction, we politely asked a worker if they could spot us just one as a courtesy since we'd already spent so much. The answer was an immediate, adamant "No." No flexibility, no "let me check with a manager," not even a smile, just a flat refusal. For the sake of literally one ticket (maybe 50 cents' worth), they made us feel like an inconvenience instead of valued guests who had just dropped a small fortune supporting their fundraiser. It completely soured what should have been a joyful evening. We left feeling nickel-and-dimed by a church, of all places. Very disappointing and honestly pretty shameful. There are plenty of other pumpkin patches and fall events in the area that still understand the spirit of community. We won't be back.
