if I ever wished for a zero star option. photos are of the product delivered and installed by this company. the worst I've ever seen in 34 years of office work. by far ...the text message is from the owner and his response to my complaining about literally unsafe and unusable cubicles .... instead of fixing his garbage product all he did was insult us and our mental health and made much more severe comments he wouldn't put in text but made during voice calls. do NOT trust anything this company seeks as used.... the owner begged us to sue him instead of trying to to fix his garage in any manner ... he then at the end said he'd come pick his product up, but instead sent more goons that tried to fix things and had NO TRUCK to pick up anything his text response says all you need to know about the actual ownership of this company read more

As another review stated, the address listed on Yelp is incorrect. It should also be noted that you should make an appointment before visiting. About 3 months ago I was looking to purchase one office chair for myself but ended up coming out with two. There was some small miscommunication but they were kind enough to give us a great offer. We just got back from there showroom and went through the entire purchase with steve and Pete and I must say we couldn't be happier with our used purchase, our office only needed 15 cubicles and some chairs but the pochiro brothers made us feel like we mattered where the other companies in town couldn't be bothered with our smaller sale. First thing about this company is that Yelp has the address Wrong. It is located at 639 E Brooks Ave, Ste 205, Las Vegas, NV 89030. Thank goodness I googled this business for the address as we had been to many other used office furniture stores & did not find exactly what we were looking for. Pete & Steve were Great! They were able to accommodate us with almost everything we needed at the time of our visit & they told us they would look for the few other items that weren't in their inventory at the time. It was such a pleasure to do business with them. We will definitely be doing business with them again! read more

I needed a new desk and filing cabinet for my home office, and found this company through Google. The showroom was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Once inside, I was greeted by Steve who turned out to be one of the owners of the company. I was impressed with the amount of items they had in the showroom. He showed me lots of different options in both new and used desks, and I decided to order a new desk with a matching credenza and filing cabinet. I was told it would take 5 days for my items to get in, and sure enough on day 5 I got a call from Steve saying my stuff had arrived. The next day, my items were delivered and setup in my house. The delivery crew was friendly and clean, and made sure everything was protected as they brought it all inside. Their showroom is really big and I found Steve not only really helpful, but a rather funny individual as well. I also found out they now sell home furniture too, so I'll be back to get a new couch very soon! I would recommend these guys if you need either home or office furniture. read more

Cannot speak highly enough about SW Modular! Did a refresh and remodel at our office. Steve and Pete were fantastic to work with. Our job included some new furniture and moving and replacing cubicles for a carpet change. They were always there when scheduled and so professional. Took a lot of worry off my plate! Great deals on new and used office furniture. Of course they specialize in modular, but offer it all. They buy out clearance deals or large lots and sell for less than I expected. Can finance for your business as well. Family owned and operated - ask for Pete - he is a pleasure to deal with. Make sure to confirm delivery schedule a couple of times. Only problem was they tried to bump a delivery that was time sensitive. I called Pete and he made it all good. read more

I am the office manager of a local business. We have used Southwest Modular multiple times because of their prices for used office furniture and we have had issues every single time. Either the delivery is late, the furniture we order new has come in broken, they can not give us a delivery date or time, or they are just flat out rude and inconsiderate. We will never do business with this company again and will never recommend them. Karen, the office manager, has no desire to please their customers or have a civil discussion when there is an error on their part. I have never been treated so badly by a business. read more

I'm with Jim T. Forget about customer service, what happened to plain good manners. These people are just plain rude from secretary up to and including the owner. They could care less about any commitments they make and who they offend when you call them on their many shortcomings. Instead of making things right when they mess up, they argue with you on what you could have done different. What I will do different is not bother to reward them with my patronage. If you want anything new they have to offer, drop by, get the brand and model numbers if they're not hiding them, then shop it on line or at Office Depot at much better prices. If you want good used office furniture try Craigslist before you try these guys. read more
