More space has been added where the former body scrub room and the massage room use to be. Gone is the dark look of what I remember at this store. It is light. It is bright. The ambience in the place is just right. You now have the option of having your hair cut for both man and women. The option of having laser hair removal can now be done too. Today I would have liked get a full body scrub and massage for $170, but this is not the case. No, today I had a manicure with Holly herself. I also had my hands and feet buffed; as well. I saw Rose (The former owner of the now Holly Nails) today, and she was rocking a new hair style. She seemed happy to see me, but I think she was with a client so she did not stick around for long. The other lady there seems familiar to me, but I can't remember where we have met before. The manicure went by without a hitch, but I was craving more. All in good time I will be back for another experience. I will contact Holly for my next appointment. My hands and feet feel much better.

If you want something and don't see it, I'd suggest asking because they may still be able to accommodate you. I was a little late to my appointment and Kay still gave me such a high level of customer service and did not rush the appointment. Throughout the process I could tell she was focused on my nail health in the way she approached the manicure and pedicure. It's taken me a long time to find a good nail tech in this area that not only does a quality job but has the best interest of their clients in mind. 8/20/26 PART 2 OF 2…read more Ms. Volatile's mood seemed to be changing just from the short walk to the waxing room. She went from all smiles to pouty. The door was left open and two other women walked in room after me. Are they waiting for me to hop on the table with my clothes still on? I wasn't sure, but it did feel like I was being crowded. I have no intention of wearing clothing when my legs and arms are going to be waxed. I asked for a towel and all of the three women left the room. Shortly Ms. Volatile return and handed me a small wash cloth, then left the room again. I looked around the room and saw old chairs the nail technicians use to sit on. They looked uncomfortable, but still functional. I started undressing to get ready my waxing procedures. Once nude, I grabbed the wash cloth to cover up and no sooner did I get the cloth around my genitals, a knock came followed by the door opening quickly. Ms. Volatile open the door and looked at me, but did not enter the room. After what seemed like a minute, Ms. Volatile closed the door. Evidently some was said to the other ladies, but I could not hear them. Sitting in the chair covered up, I waited for Ms. Volatile, to come back, but I was getting the feeling something wicked this way comes. Sure enough, a few minutes later a different woman opened the door and she was more volatile than Ms Volatile. Ms. Viola Swamp stood there with a large grimace on her face. She told me "We don't do waxing for men. I was a little appalled upon hearing this, but by the time I recovered, Ms. Viola Swamp had closed the door sharply and walked away. All the things she said, all the things she said running through my head running through my head... is not enough. I asked myself why the hell would you tell someone you can do full legs&arm waxing at the cost of $200, lead them to the room, wait for them to strip down to by birthday suit then tell them they don't wax men? I mean if you ladies are that shy of male genitalia, you might want to order disposable underwear for both male and females. Your customers don't want wax on their clothing and disposable under wear can solve that problem, unless you are getting a Brazilian Wax Job. My mind was thinking about this when the door opened again and Ms. Viola Swamp stood there even more discussed than before. "Put your clothing back on. We do not wax males." I found my voice this time. I asked her "why did they say yes, to waxing if she wasn't going to wax me?" Ms. Viola Swamp said "we wax you with your clothing on. We do not wax males." Ms. Viola Swamp turn her back on me and closed the door again. My mind was spinning in anger and annoyance. Pardon my French, but in my vexation these women are so tightly wound that if you stuck lumps of coal up asses, in two weeks...no, one week you'd have diamonds. Eminem's lyrics of Kill Shot pop into my head after what Viola Swamp said. "The giant's woke, eyes open, undeniable Supplyin' smoke, got the fire stoked Say you got me in a scope, but you grazed me I say one call to Interscope and you're Swayze..." Yeah, to put it mildly I was ticked off. I left the store only to return to talk to the manager. I found the manger to be patronizing while telling me the opposite of what Ms. Viola Swamp said to me. Yes, Luxury Nails waxs guys back, arms and three inches above the knee with your clothing on. This wasn't discussed with me and would have been useful to know. I was going to suggest disposable underwear so wax doesn't get on the clothing, but I don't see this concept getting through to him or the other... Stuffy?, Repressed?, Inhibited?, Stiff-necked?, Prudes? or Uptights?...Yeah, Uptights will work just fine. I do not see myself coming back here just to rip them a new...it's just not worth the effort. "You've done it now, you've gone and made a big mistake, this business lost the chance fo make over $200 dollars of body work. Nice going dumbasses.
