I am a very fussy person especially to something is about my health and wellness. It took about a year to have the right person for my eyelash extensions. I researched and tried everyone who was recommended by someone in Yelp, Groupon and everywhere. But the reviews and recommendations are not always right. I found her by referral after trying more than 10 other vendors. But my eyelashes were already got pulled and wicked due to the wrong material and technique. She patiently and gently took care of my eyelashes and now I can keep my NORMAL and beautiful lashes even though I keep doing my eyelash extension for more than a year now. I'll start out by saying that I usually don't take the time to leave reviews, but there are times when respect and appreciation must be paid. First off, the place is small but very clean, and the fact that she took the time to disinfect after the previous customer was a good sign for me. She took her time to anesthetize so the procedure was very comfortable, and she holds a great conversation and has a good sense of humor. But the most important thing is that she was amazing at finding out what i like and designing beautiful eyebrows. I've always had a esthetician in korea do my eyebrows, and I couldn't trust anyone else to do it for me... because if I try someone new and it comes out all wrong, either you're stuck with ugly eyebrows for a year or you pay another $350 for a dermatologist to remove it. Don't think...just book your appointment! I absolutely loved my experience. I had Microblading and Microshading done. The whole process took about 2 hours, including numbing, design, and the actual blading/shading. Seryeon is so sweet - she takes her time to understand what look you're going for, including shape, fullness, and color. She is an artist/expert at designing your actual brows to make them symmetrical and to your liking. I never thought I could get this done since I have very dark eyebrow hair and light color-treated (blond) hair. I wanted something that would look defined but still natural when I wasn't wearing makeup. Result achieved! No pain at all...and I'm kicking myself why I haven't done this sooner. Also...I got this procedure done during covid. The team has extra measures in place to make sure everything is clean and sterilized, and masks and a temperature check is required.
