After all of this, they unexpectedly shut down again and this time keeping the rest of my payment for the month. The second 6 months I guess when it rains it pours because they seemed to lose teachers left and right to new jobs and maternity leave. My 4 year old used to go to a Church preschool that had little funding but the teachers were passionate about the students. I was able to text the teachers whenever and get a response asap and even got pictures sent to me throughout the day. I spent 3 times more here at primerose expecting they'd do the same since obviously I'm paying more. So disappointed! None of the teachers would greet my daughter when she arrived at school. My mom would be the one to pick up my daughter but she couldn't locate the teacher anywhere in class. I never got pictures of her or even knew what she did daily. Quit the place right away since my daughter who used to love school cried everyday she had to go here. Never again! And will be spreading the word to others who live near by!
