Administration is communicative, the curriculum is engaging, and it's just a warm and lovely place to be a part of. I also appreciate that they regularly have events open to the whole family so you feel like they are invested in knowing your whole family. The school is very diverse in both the children that attend and the staff as well, which is incredibly important to us. We are choosing to keep our son with Noah's Ark an additional year, rather than going to our local schools pre-K program because we have been so happy with it. 100% recommend to everyone.

When picking him up, I always observed him left by himself to play in a little corner while the other kids would gather together in a separate part of the classroom. One day, one of the teacher's aids called my son "abnormal" and suggested I have him checked out. At the time, I had an existing appointment for him to be seen for an autism diagnosis - which has since been confirmed. The main teacher also said that the preschool wasn't a good fit for him after I had asked about facilitated play to encourage more socialization. They were not willing to put in any extra effort for my child with special needs. Fast forward, I ended up taking him out of this preschool and brought him to Napa Junction Elementary preschool which was an integrated class for autistic and neurotypical kids. It was inclusive and the teachers and aids were excellent. It was truly a judgement free atmosphere and my son has been thriving ever since. Being a Christian school, I thought Noah's Arc would be more inclusive of kids with different needs and judgement free. This was not the case. I don't usually like to write bad reviews but hopefully it will help parents decide whether or not it is a "right fit" if their child is autistic.

Their morals, their and what they stand for your child couldn't be in a better place. They try their hardest to align your work schedule with their hours and make it so easy for a parent to work and have for their children and a lot of providers. Ms. Shannon and her staff are incredibly professional, courteous, and loving. They end up becoming a part of your family. Ms. Shannon and staff treat the children like they are their own, and take great pride in celebrating their small victories as they learn and grow. The enrollment process is a bit different than other schools. Ms. Shannon takes safety very seriously, and will only offer you a tour of the facility after meeting with her offsite and connecting with her. My wife and I were blown away by this, and truly appreciated it. I honestly do believe our son is more advanced as a result of attending GiGi Bears as opposed to another daycare facility. The quality of learning truly is second to none. The only downside is her limited space! If she has an opening, and you're looking for a wholesome education for your child, snag it as fast as you can! You will not regret it!

Liz not only immediately set up the tour for a Sunday, she had Lupe(best person ever) available with her during the tour to assess what my son would need. He was a mess, cried, shrieked and just wasn't interested. Right off the bat, Lupe made every effort to placate him so that Liz could talk to us about everything. This was just the tour. We signed that day. The next morning being his first day, they made sure his favorite TV show was on and allowed us to bring a comfort item for him. As expected he was inconsolable as I left (previous daycare trauma). Liz sent me a picture 15 minutes after of a smiling boy being cuddled and loving it. That was 2 years ago. Today my son and his friends are thriving. This daycare is run with a child's development in mind and it shows. Liz has an education in early childhood development and is very keen to have parents involved to add and enhance to their children's development. As he gets older and is ready to move on, we worry what our son will do when he doesn't have Lupe, Meeta and Ms. Liz to always take care of him. This daycare has been an absolute blessing for our family. I cant recommend them enough.
