A friend talked me into trying FBBC and I love it! Adriana is an amazing fitness coach. Just enough pushing but not in your face. She varies the exercises and keeps things moving so I'm never bored! If it weren't for the trainer, I NEVER would have joined. I dont see the purpose of this particular management team other than to collect money. I will not return to this location when my year ends. I would advise to do the free 7 days before joining.
