The gym overall is pretty clean and the require you to wipe down the equipment after you use them at each station. They also try to do a good job spacing everyone out. Poor communication, rude and unfriendly attitude The people…read moreat the front desk are very rude and customer unfriendly. I had 2 free passes from the advertisement they did on Facebook. Day 1 - I faced no concerns and they also confirmed that I have another free pass that I can use. When I come the next day, they refuse to honor the second day free pass. They did not even bother to see my free pass email that was unused. They showed no commitment about the confirmation their own staff gave me that I have another free pass. The manager was not present and did not pick up the call. They are just making fool of people with false information. Waste of time. Beware of joining them. The only reason I was planning to join this gym was because of proximity to my home. I would rather go to other gyms who are much more friendly.

Queue Fit Body Boot Camp Sugar Hill. I am fairly new to the Sugar Hill area but apparently so is this place. After seeing an advertisement on Facebook about this gym and a testimonial video I decided I would give it a shot. Plus they were running promotional rate that was too good to pass up. This location is situated in a small strip plaza off of Buford Hwy, if you blink you may miss it. The parking lot is pretty small but fairly easy to find a parking spot. When you enter, you are greeted with bright blue walls and gym mats and mellow music. I arrive about 10-20 minutes before class to stretch. Do not let the mellow music fool you because as soon as class starts, the sounds immediately start pumping through the speakers and you're off to 30 minutes of hell followed by immediate euphoria. The trainers are great, encouraging, and teach good technique for exercises. If you're looking for a change of pace workout that does not take a lot of time out of your day, this is the place. I can leave my house by 5:10 and be home by 6:15. I am 3 weeks in to this place and I am officially hooked.
