Getting ready for bathroom remodel, I needed a couple of items, including some small scaffolding to put the ceiling drywall up. Nate went out and checked his inventory, and when he had none, he called around and found some at another store and is having it brought in so that I don't have to go to two locations. That, my friends, is customer service. Is Sunbelt the cheapest rental in town? I don't know. Having compared against some other places, it really just depends. I can tell you the prices are not unreasonable, by any means. Compared to some other rental places, Sunbelt does not require an up-front deposit for everything, a tactic common from rental agencies. If you need to rent a tool, I definitely recommend this chain and facility. Thank you so much for the projects you have helped me complete, and the jams you have gotten me out of.

The staff seems mostly made up of just regular folks who barley want to be there so don't expect much in terms of expert help, but if you know what you want, this store has everything you need and is usually well stocked. Per the Menards way, you get excellent pricing + their rebate program for most of the year. I honestly come here once a week, if not more often. Whereas I go to Lowes maybe once a month and Home Depot once a quarter, if that - even with having both Lowes and Home Depot credit cards. This Menards meets if not exceeds 95% of my needs. Love that they have numerous grocery items too.
