I have to have gluten free bars because of dietary needs and there is no way I can stay on this diet because they can not order the food their customers need to stay on the diet! I told her "great, let me grab my calendar and I'll'l stop in next week." When I came in today, I was told (by a rude receptionist), that I don't qualify as a returning customer, they don't know who gave me that information and, I quote "I don't make the rules". My husband and I left - it wasn't only about the price increase as much as it was about not wanting to start doing business with someone that is treating us like that from the first interaction.

Prior to this incident my last order was messed up, I explained to the employee nicely, and she was EXTREMELY rude. This last order, I get the same employee who brings my cookies out with attitude, no interaction, doesn't show me the cookies like they usually do. No sorry for the wait, at least a smile girl? Nope, Just threw them in my car pretty much. Do better crumble. Hire better employees. Nobody wants to spend $30 on some cookies that feel like rocks and taste like garbage. I understand quality wise crumble has done very well. This location though, I'm especially sure no one wants terrible customer service on top of overpriced TERRIBLE cookies.
