If they don't have what you need, they will tell you where you can go instead of just saying "no, sorry". I can't say enough good things about these people! They are the best! The store is not very big but has an amazing selection of fish, live plants, and coral. The prices are prety decent considering it's a small business. We live on the other side of town, but now that we found The Deep, we go right past the other pet stores for the best service and it is 100% worth it!

I moved to a new home & needed to hook up water. BVWD requires a person to come in, in person, which is not at all convenient. I made an agreement with the women I spoke with over the phone I'd be there on a day at a particular time. I couldn't make it, so I went in a day early, at the 11th hour (literally 6 minutes before they closed) & she was SO nice, patient, & incredibly kind. She gave me the really simple & easy to fill out form required for new customers. I didn't have the title yet for my new home but promised to bring it in, in 2 days. She generously offered me the option to email it to her, which I did the following day. Showing up in person was inconvenient absolutely! BUT .... the level of truly genuine service was really appreciated & my water is now on. I've had no trouble & set up auto-pay so I don't have to worry about being home to check the mail for a bill. I travel for work & BVWD makes it so easy to set up auto-pay & be worry free. To the woman in the office, THANK YOU!! Thank you for your kindness, patience, & for being so calm to me on a day when I was clearly frazzled. You are truly appreciated :)

I thought the Postal Service would forward all of my mail. They do not forward mail from Bella Vista water district. I did not know that! The woman that I spoke with on the phone was very nice and like I said I have been happy with the service until today.
