Lawrence at MSport is a "car guy", through and through. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with in my purchase of a 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera S. Normally I try to stay away from dealers and just purchase cars through private party because I just hate the typical sales tactics and BS that come from typical car dealers. But that's not the case with Lawrence! Buying a car from him is like combining the best parts of private party and dealer sales into one great experience. I really wish I wasn't on the other side of the country from him, but even then, he helped me arrange shipping for the car and it was just an overall pleasant, seamless, and FAST experience. From first contact over 3 months ago Lawrance was just amazing to work with. He never put any pressure on me and he made the transaction simple and easy. I bought an F90 M5 competition from him. I called pretty late at night the poor guy was already at home probably getting ready for bed but he still took my call and was on the phone with me for quite some time. We spoke about the vehicle and arranging shipping since the car was going to be shipped out to California where I live. The car was very well taken care of, had super low miles and Lawrance promised me it was immaculate. We agreed upon everything on the phone and we continued to stay in touch thru text as well. A big concern for me was making sure the vehicle would get shipped enclosed so Lawrance went out of his way to make sure that happened. He mailed me all the paperwork I signed it and sent it back with the cashiers check to pay for the vehicle. Sadly when the car arrived the carbon fiber splitter did have a scratch probably from loading it into the truck but Lawrance took care of me and sent me a check so I could buy a new one and he even sent me a second key brand new from BMW because the one that arrived was from a different car. I understand mistakes happen but the way Lawrance handled everything just told me that I was dealing with the right guy. I will definitely buy another car from him in the future since I've been having an itch for a Porsche but for now I'm loving my M5. Doing business with Lawrence was a 5 star experience even when things went south a little he handled the situation and made it right. The reason why I took this long to post my review is because I promised him I would do it and upload some pictures once the car is done I've done some modifications to it and now here she is! I purchased a Mercedes CLA45 AMG through Lawrence for my husband's birthday and Christmas present from Wisconsin. I was very hesitant on buying a car sight unseen, but I am extremely glad I did. I was a challenging customer to say the least with a lot of "extra" requests (ex: overnight shipping of keys for my husband to unwrap, a huge car bow, among many other things). Lawrence took time out of his schedule to call me when I was having problems with the shipping company I coordinated and made this process as simple as possible. He would quickly respond to all my questions during the evenings, weekends, Christmas Eve/Day AND New Year's Eve/Day. Let's be honest, you would never get that service from a typical car dealer. Besides all of that, he generously put new tires on the car without being asked AFTER I had already paid for it!! My husband and I needed a car. Both of us kept procrastinating knowing that the car buying experience is worse than a root canal. Then we found my dream car; a BMW X5. We were optimistic and excited but prepared for the usual run around and fast talking salespeople. We were lucky enough to find our X5 at MSport Motorwerx. Lawrence and his staff are completely customer focused, there is no hard sell, they have expert knowledge of BMW's and they are HONEST. Yes, I used the word honest and purchasing a car in the same sentence. It was the most pleasant, hassle free car buying experience we had ever had. Lawrence runs his business with integrity, service after the sale, will go the extra mile and loves the cars he sells as well as having expert knowledge. Fast forward a year or so and my car was making a "weird noise", yes that is the technical term. We taped the noise and Lawrence listened to it over the phone. After listening to the noise, he asked us not to drive to the shop because he was unsure of exactly what was going on until he got it on the lift. Lawrence had a flatbed at our house within 2 hours of our initial call to schedule service. As soon as our car got to the shop Lawrence and his team had it on the lift to get some idea of what was going on. He called my husband within the hour to let him know what they determined was going on but that they were going to take a longer more detailed look to be sure that nothing else was happening. This was on a Thursday and the car was ready to be picked up on Saturday. That is service after the sale! I wouldn't think of bringing my cars anywhere else for service. They are the foremost expert on BMW's. Their prices are very fair and he is always the lowest quote.
