If I could give zero stars I would. A few months after buying a car from there my windshield had a leak. I brought it there to have it checked out. I was told it wasn't covered by he warranty which is fine. I could contact my insurance company right see if they would cover it. OK fair enough. The problem is that he refused to even look at it. He rudely told me the windshield needed to be replaced and wouldn't even look at it to see if it could just be sealed since it was a very minor leak. Once you buy from them they could care less. I will never bring it back there unless warranty covers repairs! read more

I am so happy that I found Land Rover in North Haven. After visiting Fairfield Land Rover, where I live, we almost decided not to buy one. It was a dismal experience. We then went to Mercedes, Infiniti, Porsche and BMW but the experience at Land Rover North Haven was the best. Gina was so sweet and prompted me to Bill, who provided me with immeasurable guidance. Ken was determined to help me, and fair in his pricing and negotiations. Most importantly, once we purchased the car, we were treated with excellent service. Bill took me through every aspect of the car, he is truly an expert. With the complex features on high end suvs, it's extremely important to be helped by patient and knowledgeable people who are not just interested in a quick sale. Highly unprofessional business. From the managers to the sales department, to the receptionist, I don't know how this store will be successful. The place is like a soap opera. From the receptionist and the sales manager obviously having some kinda affair, to the rude sales reps ( Sarah ) she was the worse, to the general Manager who has no idea how to manage a working environment . Multiple friends and family members will not go to this location to purchase, and is never recommend. Sad cause it's brand new and convenient. I'm not gonna lie here, I knew what I wanted to buy & sourced out the exact vehicle before I left the house. A fully loaded Jaguar F-Pace S with less than 25K miles for around $40,000 within a 50 mile radius. That may have bought me to Jaguar Land Rover North Haven but what ultimately led to purchasing this Beast with 380hp on 22's was the superb service & attention provided by Caleb Levy & the team. In particular Caleb was attentive, knowledgeable, and followed through with every question or request that I had. He was strait with me when something couldn't be done and offered alternatives to best accommodate my needs. He even saved me a trip to the dealer by delivering my new license plates to me directly. Usually remarkable service but it does come at a price. I just dropped my car off for a $2,000+ service, and you would expect the staff to be observing the sector rules requiring the staff to wear masks, observe social distancing, provide hand sanitizer... but sadly this is not within the scope of Land Rover North Haven. If you care about your own safety and the safety of your loved ones, you would be well advised to stay clear of this place. I have to say I am deeply disappointed, especially in how brash and flagrant the staff were disregarding the states guidelines, almost as if snubbing the customers. This is a bad turn for North Haven Land Rover. I drove an hour knowing exactly what I wanted to buy. When I arrived I was greeted by the most pleasant man Caleb Levy, I can be difficult but Caleb was so patient, he showed me the car I wanted and also kindly recommended options without being pushy just to give me choices. He was so knowledgeable, practiced safety by always wearing a mask, cleaning the car and keys off. I just picked up my new car and could not be happier! He even texted me the next day to ask how my car was and if I needed any help with it. From Caleb to Armad the finance manager the customer service was outstanding and I will never go anywhere else! He took care of everything quickly and really cares about his customers and I could tell the entire staff here does. DON'T BUY FROM EXECUTIVE AUTO GROUP! This is a review for the entire Executive Auto Group. My numerous experiences with Executive (Both at Land Rover/Jaguar North Haven and Acura North Haven) have been horrible to say the least. When I owned an Acura, I went to Acura North Haven to get a diagnostic check on my faulty Navigation system and to get some touch up paint for my car. They weren't able to diagnose the problem my navigation system was having, but they were able to give me an estimate for over $8,000 for a new navigation system. I ended up going to a third party shop who fixed the problem for a fraction of the price. I also ordered and paid for touch up paint for my car and they told me I would be contacted once it came into shop. Well... they never called me after taking my money. I reached out to them again and they still didn't have the paint. Most recently, I bought a used car from Jaguar/Land Rover North Haven and had a similar disappointing experience. Not only did they tack on every fee in the book, but they made me overpay! They quoted me a certain registration fee and told me they would refund any money that didn't have to be used for registration. Well... turns out I was owed about $50-60 back which they said would be arriving in the mail in form of a check. I even followed up with an associate who confirmed it would still be delivered to me but it never came. I was also told they would be purchasing touch up paint for me and that was never given to me as well. I don't think I've ever written a review in my life, but this needed one. DON'T EVER BUY FROM EXECUTIVE AUTO GROUP! They could give me a new car for free and I still wouldn't take it. Buy a car from any other dealership for a better experience. read more

Worst dealership I've ever been to... I was there 45 mins and not one person ever approached me or asked to help.... I even went inside to ask for brochures and still no one cared to help. Don't let the fake reviews of their friends fool you, take your business elsewhere like I did! Update: This review was quite a while ago, it's humorous to me that it took so long for a response, and that the response essentially indicated I must have somehow have been confused as to where I was. I was not confused, I grew up in Guilford, and I live in Guilford. I didn't wander into some other dealership or some other town and get confused. I have been bringing my Land Rover here for service since I purchased my vehicle. Although I purchased it at Land Rover Milford-that dealership is horrible and I recommend anyone with a Land Rover who is currently traveling to Milford to try Guilford because the service dept is 100% better than Milford. Dennis the service tech I've had the pleasure of working with is very nice, upfront and honest. I cannot say the same for Milford. They always accomodate me when I request an LR4 loaner vehicle (the LR2 is too small and hurts my back) and whenever I call in Dennis knows who I am. Very very personable. When my vehicle is ready to be replaced I will most likely purchase another Land Rover from Guilford. I will avoid their sister store in Milford like the plague. Also-I had a plastic cover over my door lock that had broken and they replaced it for me within 5 minutes and didn't charge-that shows that their customer service is great. I went here on January 21,2021 i drove in the parking lot there was a gentleman doing some work in the parking lot i ask him the price of suv he then told me that he did not know and he would get a sales person to help me the salesperson came out 10 minutes later and then said can I help you In the manner that I was trespassing I ask him the price of an S UV he told me he did not know we we went to another suv and ask the same question he wasn't sure he then said if you need some help let us know I then said I do not want to waste your time He picked up on my sarcasm he then said he will go and get me some prices he came back out 10 minutes later in handedme a piece of paper with the info of one of the suvs I ask him info on then turnaround and said if you need anything Give us a call not once did he ask me my name I will let you figure out why I drove in with my old truck if I would drove it with my Corvette He would have asked my name if I was white In the same truck he would have asked my name I will never recommend this place or will ever purchase a vehicle from this place read more

Ended up purchasing my vehicle from elsewhere and I invite any serious customer to not deal with these jokers. Do yourself a favor, drive to the next RR dealer, it will be worth the longer ride. P.S. I was very much in their store. I would not waste time writing reviews for a place I did not visit. I ended up purchasing a 2-year old used Evoque Prestige from Carmax. Not a fan of Carmax either but they were way more professional than these pranksters. I own a Porsche 911, and mostly drive European cars. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I would not give Landrover North Haven any stars for their service. They kept me waiting for 4 hours for something they said would take 1 hour. And this was th second time I came for this job. They did not do the small things I had asked them about, one being a repair after damage when they cleaned the car the last time. They did clean the car again, I had forgot to say that I didn't want it cleaned as it had to be done when the job was finished. In the run up to this I called and left messages, never any reply. Was it not for a very nice . receptionist who walked over to the service department when no one answered I would still not now that the part had arrived and I could get it done. If you are looking for a stress free experience with no games played, avoid this dealership. I went in to see a car they had just posted without contacting as I like to see the vehicle the way it is. It wasn't ready to be driven which was fine so I scheduled a time to drive the 1.5 hours when I could test drive the vehicle. Again it wasn't ready. At this point they took a deposit from me. I went in again and we couldn't agree on a price. There after the salesman and I through text negotiated a price. When they finally agreed to my price they added on a $700 conveyance fee, $200 government fee and an additional $100 processing fee and lied to me saying these were mandated by ct law. After I caught them in the lie they stopped responding. The finance manager is Modesto, he will stay behind the scenes but will make your visit as stressful for you as possible. If you're looking for a brand new Land Rover or jaguar they may be ok but if you like one of their used cars, unless you don't mind paying ridiculous fees on an already over priced car, stay away from this place! read more

I recently moved to Madison, CT from Washington, DC and needed to find a local Land Rover dealer & service center to have some work done on my 2008 LR3. Anyone who owns a Land Rover knows that these SUVs need special care and attention. It's whey we LOVE them! I've logged well over 100K miles on my LR3 and adhere to the service schedule that the automaker suggests. Since I've relocated to Madison, I've had the truck in for regular oil changes, general maintenance, new ignition key (I lost one in the move!) and a burst hose. Each and every time the service team delivers 5 STAR service. Most often, I work with Dennis who knows my name when I walk in or call, my LR3 history and asks me how my horse is doing! Great guy, very friendly, easy to talk to, professional and genuinely concerned that they fix the car right the first time around. As a woman who is not mechanically inclined and who is new to the area, I was worried about finding a place I could trust to fix my car, charge me appropriately AND treat me with respect. I've had some bad experiences at other Land Rover service centers where I learned after the fact that I had been overcharged, lied to, manipulated and taken advantage of. Finding Land Rover Guilford (a service center so close to my new home!) that I can depend on is like finding gold! I highly recommend Land Rover Guildford to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced or to anyone looking to join the Land Rover Family. Because I love to look at the latest models I've had the opportunity to meet a few of the salespeople. These folks are easy going, never pushy and will give you some space to just wander and look. I rarely give bad reviews for any business, and generally think people who do leave them were usually the ones in the wrong, but I have never in my life felt more offended than by this place. First off, I have 15 years in the car business, and many more years buying cars. I inquired online to LR of Guilford and LR of Milford for cars they had available on their website, and LR of Guilford got back to me promptly telling me it had been sold, but they had another coming in, gave me the info on it, and explained what they offer with it. So far so good, it even turned out the person I dealt with also knew a co-worker so it made the process easier and I value that familiarity when making a decision. I let them know I wanted the car, and it wasn't due in for a few weeks, so I offered a $1000 deposit on my credit card, he explained I needed to come in to sign their purchase agreement, no problem, I let them know I would be in on my day off. Next thing I know, I get an email explaining that, because I shopped another dealer as well (apparently they all communicate?) they were unwilling to sell me the car.... YES! They actually refuse to sell a car to a person who shopped another local dealer!! Now, I understand this is a $100k car, and I don't mean to sound pretentious, but I can afford to purchase this car many times over, and to be pre-judged before even entering the dealership is some terrible service, which makes me question if I would even want to spend that much money in this place. I could even see a dealership being a bit suspicious if someone was shopping from 3 states away for a new car they could literally get at any LR dealer, but I live local, am from one town over, and inquired to just the TWO local dealers!! I buy my cars locally always, and usually I make quick decisions. Bottom line, I will not be buying a Range Rover if this is how their dealer network acts toward customers. I have owned Audis, Infinitis, BMWs and never had a dealer treat me this way, and yes I always shopped two dealers to be sure I was getting a fair deal. read more
