Axel was a great salesman and didn't pressure me into buying. Chuck ( finance guy ) was pretty funny. I needed to replace my windshield they had the glass company come to my house. Unfortunately I went into labor the day of the appointment however was able to reschedule. This was all no cost to me. Axel also went out of his way to get me a second key for the vehicle. The only thing I can say was that I didn't know I had to pay for the key to get programmed and the location of the key was super far from the closest dealership. That was inconvenient especially with having a newborn. Otherwise, this is a great place to purchase a vehicle they will work with you and keep it honest.

They then referred me to a shop that could handle it, but then refused to authorize the repair. Months later, after I contacted them every week, they finally took the car to their shop, where it sat for a week, but still did not make the repair. The car remains unrepair and a potential hazard to me on the road. So unless you're willing to take them to court the way I have, don't trust them to fulfill their contractual obligations.

The final straw? We say "No" to the filter so he puts it back with the leaves still ATTACHED! Are you kidding me?!? With that being said, i test drive my third crosstour of the day. I drove TF out of it as i would if it was my car. Same day i put my $1500 down deposit as advertised on their site. Started with all paperwork there and later brought my needed documents. Took about two week to get the car only because I'm self employed and the bank needed 4 months of bank statements when my bank printed monthly transaction sheets instead. Sure driving from new Britain to Waterbury several times wasn't fun. But it got done. Plus the 1bank had higher interest and longer payments. When i finally got the car Only the radio amp had to be replaced. Great car, i feel i got a great price. Justin Gregory helped me. Few others (Mark & Sean) who worked there reassured everything was going smooth. After all i haven't had to bring the car back for repairs or anything. I would shop there again.
