It was a horrible feeling having a broken phone. I just found out their store and went there straightaway and got it fixed in less than 30 mins of time which was truly amazing. They have added one loyal customer into their list. Highly recommend. So many computer stores have gone the way of the rotary-dial telephone with the ease of online…read moreshopping, and fast delivery by courier. But our recent experience with Blue Mouse reminds me of why it's really nice to actually have a store. Not a shady hole in the wall with really cut rate prices, but one that you can call and have questions answered at no charge. One that will actually do some legwork for you if you really need something answered or information on a product. Over the last two days, Blue Mouse and Kurt more specifically have gone so far above and beyond to assist us that it's really staggering. They have made deals with manufacturers on our behalf, called all over the place, and were on to us as soon as they had information. And this is without any possibility of making a sale. This was in the critical (to me) relationship of after sales support. Having been the technical service manager for a global communications company in a prior job, I recognize how important this relationship can be both to the business but more importantly to the customer. Blue Mouse has this nailed down. If we buy any components, peripherals or new computers in the future it will be coming from them. Their prices were very reasonable compared to the big chain stores. And unlike the big chain stores, if you need help or have a question or an issue they actually want to help. And when they help, they do a damn fine job of it. Seriously, this tablet was the first purchase we had ever made from them, and they have been so good that they're now our go-to guys. And we'll happily recommend to all our friends and family.

When you walk into this place you see computers in various states of repair, there are cables, bits of hardware... I don't know what it is about places like this, maybe it's for former IT support guy in me. The guys who run it are great and really know their stuff. They offer good prices on PC repairs and on newly built systems. Being a recent Mac convert I can't say I'm too interested in buying a PC, but I can appreciate it for those who do. I ordered a new PC case, which arrived as expected, but turned out to have a manufacturing defect…read moreand thus was DOA. I emailed their support pictures of it, and followed up twice more in the coming days but never heard back. Eventually I had to call them, and they said that they could not just replace the part that was damaged - which was considered a spare part - but that I would have to return the whole thing, and it would take two to four weeks to be assessed and replaced. I told them this was not not be suitable, so instead would like a refund, but was then told that they could not guarantee a refund. Having looked into it, I found I was within my rights to receive a refund, so called them back and arranged the return. At first even though it was an online order, they wanted me to drive (3 hours) to the nearest store to return it, but I made it clear I was not going to do that, and they seemingly begrudgingly agreed to generate a return label. Whilst I was thanking them for their help, they were monotone and unenthused the entire time. They also said that they can put a request in for the refund, but it may still take a number of weeks. This also does not align with Australian Consumer Law. I won't be buying from MSY / Umart again, and would encourage others to note how poor their online reviews are now. I didn't check, as I know previously they were a good company, but I did not notice Umart had acquired them.
